The Role

We are looking for a professional to join our web development team in the segment of a global VR video streaming ecosystem. The best measure of success for this role is when tasks meet their ends. All works as it should — smoothly, consistently, and reliably.
 

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain server-side applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Develop and optimize APIs for responsiveness and efficiency
• Improve database performance through indexing, caching, and query optimization
• Enhance code quality through unit and integration testing
• Debug issues and strengthen overall app reliability
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
   

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience with PHP
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)
• Understanding of network and internet protocols
• Experience with Redis (nice-to-have)
• Experience with Golang is a significant plus
• English level B1+ (Intermediate+) or above

The role is focused on hands-on implementation under defined standards and senior guidance. You will contribute to building data products, ensuring quality and compliance with established frameworks.
 

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed monthly targets through strategic ABM outreach and high-quality meeting setups
• Keep our CRM up to date, tracking engagement and performance metrics
• Continuously improve tactics and tools while staying ahead of industry trends
