Your Tasks:

• Create 3D objects and complete 3D environments, including commercial interior spaces and retail stores.

About the project:

The client is a card transaction processing company that provides services to banks and other state or commercial companies within Ukraine and abroad. The project offers payment solutions: money transfers, POS services, ATM monitoring services, etc. The system accepts payments by payment cards and e-wallets and provides convenient tools for the development of e-commerce and A2A. Whatever business it is: online, offline, or on a mobile phone, launch an online store, a mobile application, issue an invoice, or arrange for subscription services - the platform will help with any task. In addition, the team works on separate services for Merchant control, simplified flows to process payments, etc.

The project will start from the first stage - developing/adjusting Red Hat packages to the client's infrastructure.

We are looking for a C++ developer (PostgreSQL experience) to take full ownership of maintaining, packaging, and providing Level 3 production support for a critical suite of open-source PostgreSQL extensions (pg_hint_plan, pg_cron, pg_stat_kcache, pg_wait_sampling, pg_profile, pgmail, and postgres_exporter). The ideal candidate must bridge the gap between low-level systems programming, database internals, and enterprise packaging under Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) ecosystems.

You will work hands-on with Cyprus corporate structures, corporate documentation, contracts, audit support and Cyprus VAT-related matters, as well as cross-border counterparties and international business structures.
 

What you’ll do:

• preparing a complete legal documentation package for each company’s annual audit;
• maintaining and updating corporate documentation, including constitutional documents, certificates, registers, resolutions, powers of attorney, and information on directors, shareholders, and UBOs;
• Ppoviding comprehensive legal support to companies across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporation and corporate administration through external service providers, as well as drafting and reviewing agreements, invoices, service acceptance certificates, and supporting materials required for the proper documentation of business transactions;
• preparing legal explanations in response to requests from auditors, accountants, and tax advisers;
