• Oversee the management of product backlogs, ensuring the team effectively prioritizes features and resolves conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Guide Product Owners in taking features from research to release, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Ensure product requirements and specifications are well defined and understood by all stakeholders.
• Drive the development and execution of release strategies, ensuring smooth product launches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical and non-technical departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement within the product ownership team, driving best practices and the use of innovative tools and methodologies.
• Assess and manage risks, product performance, and resource allocation to ensure successful product development.
• Participate in cross-functional leadership meetings and represent the product ownership perspective in decision-making processes.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the product roadmap remains competitive and relevant.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 10 years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring product owners or product management teams, preferably in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment.
• Strong background in Fintech, with hands-on experience in financial products or services.
• Proficiency in managing and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex products.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation and research to delivery and optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate or above).
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, backlog, and prioritization strategies at a strategic level.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.

Will be a Plus:

• Experience in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions, Core Banking Systems (CBS), or cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Knowledge or experience in WEB 3.0 technologies.
• Experience with AI-driven products and how to integrate artificial intelligence into business solutions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in scaling Agile across teams.
