Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to AI-focused projects.
• Hands-on experience defining business requirements for AI or machine learning initiatives (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP solutions, intelligent automation etc.).
• Proven ability to support and execute testing of deliverables (e.g., user acceptance testing, functional validation), ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data privacy compliance within regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details, including AI concepts, into business language for stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL or data querying, though not required to perform data engineering tasks.
