    Skylum allows millions of photographers to make incredible images faster. Our award-winning software automates photo editing with the power of AI yet leaves all the creative control in the hands of the artist.
    Join us on our mission to make photo editing enjoyable, easy, and accessible to anyone. You’ll be developing products with innovative technologies, providing value and inspiration for customers, and getting inspired in return.

    Thanks to our incredible team of experts, we've built a collaborative space where you can constantly develop and grow in a supportive way. At the same time, we believe in the freedom to be creative. Our work schedule is flexible, and we trust you to give your best while we provide you with everything you need to make work hassle-free. Skylum is proud to be a Ukrainian company, and we stand with Ukraine not only with words but with actions. We regularly donate to various organizations to help speed up the Ukrainian victory.

    We are looking for a Lifecycle / CRM Lead, who will deliver +70% YoY revenue growth from lifecycle channels by systematically improving conversion and LTV, as well as building a cohesive lifecycle user experience across the entire Luminar ecosystem that helps users clearly understand the value of the products and naturally move between them.

    Requirements:

    Lifecycle & CRM Expertise

    Deep hands-on experience building lifecycle funnels (email, push, in-app) across mobile and web products: onboarding, activation, purchase, retention, upsell, and winback. Strong understanding of how lifecycle impacts conversion, DRR, LTV, and overall channel payback.

    End-to-End Growth Mindset

    Experience managing the full user journey from first touchpoint to repeat purchases and upsells. Ability to view lifecycle not as a standalone channel, but as a growth function that connects acquisition, product, and monetization.

    Data-Driven & Analytical Approach

    Confident working with conversion, DRR, ARPU, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, and A/B testing. Ability to formulate hypotheses, evaluate impact, and make decisions based on data rather than intuition.

    Revenue & Efficiency Orientation

    Focus on measurable business outcomes: growing revenue from lifecycle channels, increasing LTV, and improving LTV/CAC efficiency. Clear understanding of how lifecycle can reduce effective CAC by maximizing value from existing traffic.

    Systems & Structured Thinking

    Ability to build lifecycle as a structured system: documentation of funnels, segments, communication rules, standards, and principles. Skilled at eliminating chaos, duplication, and cross-team or cross-product conflicts.

    Ownership Mindset & Proactivity

    Willingness to take full responsibility for lifecycle results, independently identify growth opportunities, initiate changes, and drive measurable impact without constant oversight.

    Hands-On Approach

    Ability to independently launch lifecycle flows, automations, and A/B experiments; work directly with CRM/ESP tools, data, and segmentationβ€”especially in the early stages of the role.

    Prioritization & Decision-Making

    Ability to focus on initiatives with the highest potential impact, decline low-impact tasks, and balance promotional initiatives with long-term systemic lifecycle improvements.

    Management & Embedded Team Collaboration

    Experience working with embedded lifecycle managers or adjacent roles: setting standards and priorities, mentoring, and ensuring consistent execution quality and unified approaches.

    Communication & Cross-Functional Partnership

    Ability to collaborate effectively with PMM, acquisition, product, and analytics teams, and to justify lifecycle decisions through data and business impact rather than subjective preference.

    AI Literacy

    Practical use of AI tools for data analysis, hypothesis generation, segmentation, personalization, and optimization of lifecycle processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lifecycle audit and strategic priorities (Mobile)
    • Competitive teardown: top-10 lifecycle email flows (Mobile)
    • Lifecycle architecture and execution roadmap (Mobile)
    • Improving core mobile funnel through lifecycle
    • Launching revenue-driving lifecycle funnels
    • Implementing a system of рСгуляр A/B testing
    • Ownership of lifecycle metrics
    • Lifecycle audit across the entire ecosystem
    • Launching segment-based lifecycle funnels
    • Measurable uplift in ARPU and cohort LTV driven by lifecycle
    • +70% YoY revenue growth from lifecycle channels
    • Positioning lifecycle as an ecosystem-wide growth function
    • Improving LTV/CAC efficiency (target β‰₯ 2:1)

    What we offer:

    For personal growth:

    • A chance to work with a strong team and a unique opportunity to make substantial contributions to our award-winning photo editing tools;
    • An educational allowance to ensure that your skills stay sharp;
    • English and German classes to strengthen your capabilities and widen your knowledge.

    For comfort:

    • A great environment where you’ll work with true professionals and amazing colleagues whom you’ll quickly call friends;
    • The choice of working remotely or in our cozy office space located in Kyiv’s Podil, equipped with everything you might need for productive and comfortable work.
    • The office is prepared for productive work in any conditions, including blackouts, since there are Starlinks, uninterruptible network connections, and two internet providers.
    • There are also additional co-working spaces for the team in Lisbon and Warsaw.

    For health:

    • Medical insurance (for UA-based employees);
    • Twenty-one days of paid sick leave per year;
    • Paid psychological support (6 psychotherapy specialists to choose from)

    For leisure:
