You'll join a newly formed SFV Tooling team — building internal tooling that helps editorial staff create and manage short-form video content across the organisation. Greenfield product, cross-functional Agile team, real impact on how media content is produced at scale.

React frontend + Node.js/TypeScript backend. AWS infrastructure. High standards for code quality, testing and operational excellence.
 

What you'll do

• Lead design and development of complex product features end-to-end
• Review code, give constructive feedback, raise the bar for the whole team
• Write tests with TDD approaches — quality and coverage are non-negotiable
• Own technical documentation and take responsibility for it
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including out-of-hours when needed
