Requirements

- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with Web, SaaS, and B2B products.
- Expertise in Figma, Figma components, and building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and present multiple design solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on consistency across designs.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Product and Development teams to design and refine new features and UI improvements, ensuring seamless front-end integration.
- Ownership of Design System & Brand Identity: Take ownership of Dripify’s Design System, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align the brand identity with feature designs.
- User-Centered Design: Conduct UI solutions research, including user research and interviews, to inform and validate design decisions for optimal user experiences.
- Design Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain Dripify’s visual identity, creating a consistent experience across all platforms.

What you will do

• Own and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM modules.

• Design and implement reporting frameworks and dashboards that capture SaaS, financial, sales, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure that all internal systems support the company’s transition to a metrics-driven operational model.
• Manage and mentor a team of three internal specialists, prioritizing tasks and driving execution.
• Oversee the stability, data integrity, and reliability of financial and sales systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through additional software tools.

What you will need

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM (required).
• 5+ years of professional experience working with financial systems, CRM systems, system consulting, or technical product management.
• Strong understanding of how financial processes (AP/AR, General Ledger, Consolidation) and sales processes (pipeline management, sales activity tracking) are structured within ERP systems.
• Experience designing reporting systems for SaaS sales and operational KPIs.
• Experience leading projects or managing small teams.
• Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
