Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payment Manager to take full ownership of our payment infrastructure and the end-to-end payment operations for a fast-growing CS2 Skins Gambling startup. This role will be responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing payment solutions across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets, with a strong focus on improving approval rates, checkout performance, fraud and chargeback control, and commercial efficiency. Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
