You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across different functions within the Amazon e-commerce business, as well as supporting onboarding and basic HR processes.

You will work closely with hiring managers, define hiring needs, attract and assess candidates, conduct HR screenings, and support new employees during their onboarding and probation period.

💼 Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment

• Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across e-commerce (Amazon, marketing, content, traffic, operations, etc.)
• Gather hiring requirements and help define clear candidate profiles with hiring managers
• Write and publish structured job descriptions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct HR screenings (experience, motivation, soft skills, culture fit)
• Coordinate interview stages and communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline

Onboarding & HR support

• Support onboarding and adaptation of new employees
• Monitor probation period progress and collect feedback
• Support internal communication and team engagement in a remote environment
• Track basic recruitment metrics (pipeline, time-to-hire, status updates)

• Develop and execute a complete SEO strategy tailored to the IT/SaaS/B2B space
• Perform technical audits and implement site-wide improvements (crawlability, indexing, site speed, etc.)

What You’ll Need:
 

• Proven experience managing SEO for IT, SaaS, or B2B companies
• Demonstrated success in the US and/or Canadian markets—experience with other regions is not relevant for this role
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
• Excellent understanding of keyword intent, content optimization, and site architecture
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics and how websites are structured for SEO performance
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and present actionable recommendations
