THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Ad Monetization Manager to join the company’s growth efforts in expanding one of its core business activities. As an Ad Monetization Manager, you will be key in expanding our Ad Monetization effort by exploring new demand partners, optimizing mobile apps, and implementing new strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Monetization Strategy: Design and execute a monetization roadmap, balancing short-term gains with a long-term portfolio health.
• Optimization: Analyze Ad Monetization performance, formulate hypotheses, create and evaluate a/b tests to grow LTV.
• Portfolio Management: Monetize a diverse portfolio of apps, scale successful strategies while monitoring the performance of each app.
• Data Analysis: Monitor the monetization performance and KPIs, using data to back every decision
• Project leadership: Lead ad monetization projects from initial concept to full rollout, navigating through various hurdles and bottlenecks.
• Innovation: Be up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices and emerging technologies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 4+ years of experience as an Ad Monetization Manager working with mobile applications or games
• Hands-on experience with Ad Mediations (MAX, ironSource, AdMob, etc.) and Ad Networks (Applovin, Admob, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel, and able to translate data into actionable insights
• Ownership mindset: If you see a problem or opportunity, you take the initiative to fix it, even if it’s not your responsibility
• Result driven: focusing on the goal, able to overcome obstacles
• Well-organized: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Critical thinking: If a task feels like a waste of company time, you have the data and the backbone to suggest a better way.
• A team player with an excellent communication skills

• Can model and render 3D scenes, especially with those gaming vibes;
• Familiar with Steam Workshop and can create and set up assets for CS2 like a champ;

• You’ve clocked solid hours in CS2 (the more, the better) and know its mechanics inside out, from skin trading to gameplay hacks;
• You’re quick to react when the gaming world throws curveballs — major updates, tournaments, or hot matches;
