    Requirements:

    We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

    Requirements:

    • 2–3 years of experience in B2B iGaming (preferably on the provider side).
    • Proven experience working with aggregators (e.g. SoftSwiss, BetConstruct, Digitain, Slotegrator).
    • Understanding of casino KPIs: GGR, NGR, ARPU, RTP, retention, churn.
    • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
    • Confidence in working with contracts, commercial terms, and pricing models.
    • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
    • Full-time availability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience working with crypto casinos, social casinos, or iGaming platforms
    • Cross-selling and upselling experience.
    • Nice to have: knowledge of an additional European language.
    • Market knowledge and top competitive products.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow relationships with partners (operators, crypto casinos, platforms, etc.)
    • Oversee commercial performance and ensure revenue goals are met.
    • Develop and implement strategic account growth plans.
    • Coordinate game launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
    • Monitor and analyze client performance and prepare regular reports.
    • Represent the company at international industry events and conferences.

    β€’ Multimodal Data Processing: Develop robust pipelines for parsing and indexing diverse file formats (documents, audio, video) in multiple languages.

    β€’ Hybrid Search Implementation: Implement logic to query both unstructured vector data and structured relational data (SQL/Tables) simultaneously.

    β€’ Infrastructure Scalability: Prepare the architecture for future multi-cloud support (Azure, GCP) and integration of external RAG sources.

    β€’ DevOps & Deployment: Manage the deployment of AI services, ensuring stability and handling "noisy neighbor" issues in a multi-tenant environment.

    β€’ Innovation: Support the integration of future technologies like MCP and local LLMs.
