    (Meta / TikTok / YouTube – UGC & Creative-Led Growth)

    About the Company

    J. Blanton Plumbing is a consumer marketing company first (We’ve grown from $5M in revenue in 2022 to nearly $40M today)—we just happen to operate in the home-services category. We are not a traditional home services company.

We’re already one of the fastest-growing residential service brands in the U.S., and we’re building the most respected and innovative company in the industry over the next 30 years.

With the heart of a startup, we’re disrupting one of the country’s oldest categories through high-velocity growth, brand marketing, and world-class performance media. Our ambition is to build a $500M+ direct-to-consumer brand within the next 10 years.

    What You’ll Own

You will own our paid acquisition engine end-to-end. This is a very hands-on role.

You will design and operate a full-funnel performance marketing system focused on booked appointments and completed jobs—not vanity metrics.

    Paid Social & Performance Media

    • Own and scale Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with booked appointments and completed jobs as the north-star metrics

    • Design and operate a full-funnel performance system that turns attention into revenue

    • Run disciplined testing with clear hypotheses across creative, offers, audiences, and placements

    • Control and deploy paid media budgets with ruthless focus on CPCA, CAC, MER, and scale

    • Own performance outcomes. If booked appointment costs or CAC are off, you are responsible for diagnosing and fixing them

    Content Machine (Core Focus)

    • Leverage AI tools, third-party UGC creators, and our in-house editing team to produce performance-driven creative at speed
    • Create sharp, unambiguous creative briefs that define:

      • Hooks (why someone stops scrolling)
      • Angles (why they should care)
      • Messaging and objections
      • Clear do’s and don’ts

    • Turn performance data into repeatable systems—double down on what works, kill what doesn’t, and move fast

    Measurement, Attribution & Accountability

    • Own paid media tracking and attribution across platform
    • Monitor and optimize toward CPCA, CAC, MER, and ROAS
    • Produce weekly performance updates focused on:
      • What was tested
      • What worked
      • What didn’t
      • What ships next
    • Maintain a clear performance narrative tied directly to revenue

    Your Scorecard (KPIs)

    • Booked appointments driven by paid social
    • Cost per Completed Appointment (CPCA)
    • CAC, MER, and ROAS at scale
    • Creative velocity (new concepts shipped weekly)
    • Share of spend allocated to winning creatives

    About the Platform

We’re building a unified data ecosystem that connects raw data, analytical models, and intelligent decision layers.
The platform combines the principles of data lakes, lakehouses, and modern data warehouses — structured around the Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold).
Every dataset is versioned, governed, and traceable through a unified catalog and lineage framework.
This environment supports analytics, KPI computation, and AI-driven reasoning — designed for performance, transparency, and future scalability. (in Partnership with GCP, OpenAI, Cohere)

    What You’ll Work On

    1. Data Architecture & Foundations

    • Design, implement, and evolve medallion-style data pipelines — from raw ingestion to curated, business-ready models.
    • Build hybrid data lakes and lakehouses using Iceberg, Delta, or Parquet formats with ACID control and schema evolution.
    • Architect data warehouses that unify batch and streaming sources into a consistent, governed analytics layer.
    • Ensure optimal partitioning, clustering, and storage strategies for large-scale analytical workloads.

    2. Data Ingestion & Transformation

    • Create ingestion frameworks for APIs, IoT, ERP, and streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
    • Develop reproducible ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Spark, or Dataflow.
    • Manage CDC and incremental data loads, ensuring freshness and resilience.
    • Apply quality validation, schema checks, and contract-based transformations at every stage.

    3. Governance, Cataloging & Lineage

    • Implement a unified data catalog with lineage visibility, metadata capture, and schema versioning.
    • Integrate dbt metadata, OpenLineage, and Great Expectations to enforce data quality.
    • Define clear governance rules: data contracts, access policies, and change auditability.
    • Ensure every dataset is explainable and fully traceable back to its source.

    4. Data Modeling & Lakehouse Operations

    • Design dimensional models and business data marts to power dashboards and KPI analytics.
    • Develop curated Gold-layer tables that serve as trusted sources of truth for analytics and AI workloads.
    • Optimize materialized views and performance tuning for analytical efficiency.
    • Manage cross-domain joins and unified semantics across products, customers, or operational processes.

    5. Observability, Reliability & Performance

    • Monitor data pipeline health, freshness, and cost using modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring).
    • Build proactive alerting, anomaly detection, and drift monitoring for datasets.
    • Implement CI/CD workflows for data infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
    • Continuously improve query performance and storage efficiency across warehouses and lakehouses.

    6. Unified Data & Semantic Layers

    • Help define a unified semantic model that connects operational, analytical, and AI-ready data.
    • Work with AI and analytics teams to structure datasets for semantic search, simulation, and reasoning systems.
    • Collaborate on vectorized data representation and process-relationship modeling (graph or vector DBs).

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale data platforms, warehouses, or lakehouses.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and distributed processing frameworks (PySpark, Spark, Dataflow).
    • Deep understanding of Medallion architecture, data modeling, and modern ETL orchestration (Airflow, dbt).
    • Experience implementing data catalogs, lineage tracking, and validation frameworks.
    • Knowledge of data governance, schema evolution, and contract-based transformations.
    • Familiarity with streaming architectures, CDC patterns, and real-time analytics.
    • Practical understanding of FinOps, data performance tuning, and cost management in analytical environments.
    • Strong foundation in metadata-driven orchestration, observability, and automated testing.
    • Bonus: experience with ClickHouse, Trino, Iceberg, or hybrid on-prem/cloud data deployments.

    You’ll Excel If You

    • Think of data systems as living, evolving architectures — not just pipelines.
    • Care deeply about traceability, scalability, and explainability.
    • Love designing platforms that unify data across analytics, AI, and process intelligence.
    • Are pragmatic, hands-on, and focused on building systems that last.

ProfiSea Labs is building an AI-powered multi-cloud management platform that helps CloudOps engineers and IT leaders optimize cloud usage, cut costs, and automate complex workflows through next-generation intelligence.

We are looking for a Junior Python Developer who wants to grow fast in a product-driven, cloud-focused environment. This role is a strong fit for a student or recent graduate who’s serious about learning real-world engineering, not just ticking boxes.

You’ll work on practical problems – ranging from implementing new microservices and data processing to GenAI experiments and non-trivial algorithm – with a team that actually supports juniors instead of throwing them into the deep end and hoping for the best.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop solutions that meet real technical and business requirements
    • Design and implement new features in Python-based services
    • Work within a microservices architecture
    • Learn by doing, with guidance from experienced engineers

    What We’re Looking For

    • Basic but solid knowledge of Python
    • Strong motivation to learn and improve—this matters more than buzzwords
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
      (students are welcome)
    • Curiosity about areas like big data, GenAI, and complex algorithms

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary and benefits
    • Clear career growth path
    • Medical insurance
    • Sport compensation
    • A professional, friendly team where juniors are treated as real contributors

If you’re looking for a place to learn fast, build real systems, and grow into a strong engineer, this is that place.
