About The Role
We're looking for an SAP B1 Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our business processes.
What You Will Do
- Collaborating closely with various teams across the entire Wildix organization
- Translating complex business challenges into efficient solutions, taking charge of designing and modeling effective process solutions
- Partnering with the Finance and Accounting teams to optimize financial processes within SAP B1, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Financial Reporting
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all financial modules and integrated systems
- Supporting the automation of accounting workflows and improving the efficiency of month-end closing
- Great understanding of the functional, business side of SAP B1

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software project management (experience with custom-built platforms or complex logic is a huge plus).

- US Startup Availability: You are ready for late evening work (US hours) and staying connected during weekends to ensure stability.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the project lifecycle: you are responsible for the outcome, not just the process.
- Act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution.
- QA & Delivery: Personally validate features before they go live. If the team is swamped, you jump in to help with testing.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers before they become problems.
- Maintain constant communication with the team and stakeholders (updates, strategy, adjustments).
