- Analyze traffic acquisition data across multiple channels and platforms.
- Analyze the profitability of traffic acquisition under different purchasing models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid, etc.).
- Optimize traffic channels to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of traffic sources to maximize ROI.
- Identify areas to reduce costs and improve budget allocation.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing traffic spend.
- Develop comprehensive reports to monitor marketing performance.
- Identify emerging trends and patterns to inform strategic decisions.
- Focus on improving key marketing metrics such as conversion rates, CTR, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to design and execute strategies for metric enhancement.
- Build and analyze conversion funnels to understand user behavior.
- Pinpoint bottlenecks and suggest improvements to increase conversions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Marketing Analyst in the iGaming industry.
- Expertise in calculating marketing KPIs such as ROI, CLV, and CAC.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, Excel.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
- Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst who will take ownership of building, maintaining, and optimizing our business intelligence infrastructure. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

- Develop and maintain semantic data models in Power BI (Pro license or higher).
- Design and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Write complex DAX measures and calculations.
- Work with multiple data sources (databases, Google Sheets, etc.) and manage data connectivity (gateways).
- Administer Power BI, including managing permissions and RLS (Row-Level Security).
- Monitor BI trends and implement new Power BI features and AI capabilities into existing and new reports.
- Optimize performance and loading speed of reports and data models.
- Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery and MySQL (experience with ClickHouse is a plus).
- Use CTEs and window functions in query development.
- Collaborate with developers to define and document technical requirements for new data sources.
- Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Airflow is a strong advantage.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

- 2+ years of professional experience working with Power BI (not freelance projects).
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery and MySQL (ClickHouse is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (CTE, window functions).
- Practical experience in data modeling and report optimization.
- Understanding of data governance, access management, and RLS principles.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Intermediate or higher level of English (for documentation and communication).

WILL BE A BIG PLUS

- Experience with Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Background in Google Cloud Platform or other cloud ecosystems.
- Interest in implementing AI tools within BI systems.
