    What You’ll Do:

    • Design and implement end-to-end automations from scratch for new clients and projects
    • Optimize and maintain existing workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
    • Use platforms such as Make or N8N along with CRM’s and LeadGen tools to create robust, scalable systems
    • Research and experiment with AI tools and automation trends to enhance project outcomes
    • Support and improve client solutions in ongoing long-term engagements
    • Optionally contribute to more technical projects and custom-coded automation or AI solutions

     

    What You Need:

    • At least 1 year of commercial experience in automation
    • Proven track record with at least 3 automation projects in your portfolio
    • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Make and/or N8N
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs
    • Hands-on experience building Sales/LeasGen automations
    • Practical experience with databases(Supabase, Airtable, etc)
    • Experience working cross-functionally in distributed teams

     

    Would be a plus:
