    We’re looking for a creative and data-driven SMM Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
    Your mission will be to develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our PPC funnel goals — driving CTR, CVR, installs, and LTV growth.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage content strategy aligned with performance marketing objectives.
    • Research competitors and trends, identify winning formats, and experiment with new ideas.
    • Create and maintain a structured content plan: brief video/creative tasks, manage UGC creators and bloggers, and oversee production quality.
    • Lead the UGC pipeline — sourcing, briefing, reviewing, and ensuring timely delivery.
    • Handle daily posting, stories/reels, comment moderation, and creator communications.
    • Collaborate closely with the PPC team to test creative hypotheses across organic and paid campaigns.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, CPI/CPA impact of organic content) and prepare regular reports with scaling recommendations.
    • Ensure speed, proactivity, discipline, and accuracy in all deliverables.

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in SMM for mobile or web applications (preferably with successful X (Twitter)/Instagram/Facebook cases).
    • Proven experience in building content funnels aligned with performance goals (installs, leads).
    • Strong skills in content briefing and UGC pipeline management (sourcing, briefing, revisions, deadlines).
    • Excellent copywriting skills and understanding of tone of voice for English-speaking audiences.
    • Strong visual sense and understanding of content aesthetics.
    • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram tools.
    • Basic understanding of product analytics (Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust) as sources of insights.

    Your key activities will be:

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Communicating with clients, describing and analyzing business processes to transfer them into the system.
    • Configuring and setting up D365 BC and Power BI.
    • Creating project documentation and aligning it with the client.
    • Estimating the time required to complete tasks.
    • Preparing technical specifications for the development team and collaborating with them to implement system modifications.
