We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our clients' SEO strategies, drive outstanding results in website rankings, traffic, and engagement, and contribute to company revenue through consultative sales and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement.
• Respond to client requests and lead the team in their execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, ad managers, and designers to implement best practices.
• Perform detailed keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and optimize content accordingly.
• Create and manage content optimization plans that align with SEO goals and business objectives.

• Present dNovo’s digital marketing services through video meetings and consultations.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and service recommendations.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Close new deals and contribute to company revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager in an agency setting, with more than 2 years of experience.
• Experience in sales / business development / closing digital marketing deals is strongly preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving client challenges and digital marketing trends.
• Client-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of content management systems and experience in content optimization.

Role Overview

Format
We start with a consulting engagement: an ASO audit, a growth plan, and hands-on work on the highest-impact changes. Depending on results, the role can grow into a part-time or full-time position. Remote, flexible hours.

What you'll do

• Audit current store listings (metadata, screenshots, ratings, reviews) across 5 apps on App Store and Google Play
• Run keyword research and build a metadata strategy per app and market
• Set up and run A/B tests for screenshots, icons, and listing copy (PPO / Store Listing Experiments)
• Localize listings for key markets
• Work with our UA manager and design team to align paid and organic
• Track results and report on impressions, conversion rate, and installs

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on ASO for consumer subscription apps
