About the Project

The team builds low-level compute kernels for inference/training of well-known LLM models, hand-optimized for a proprietary (custom) chip based on the RISC-V architecture with RISC-V Vector Extension (SIMD intrinsic extension) and a custom VCIX Coprocessors. In terms of functional scope, this is analogous to what PyTorch/Tensorflow provides (matmul/GEMM, convolution, elementwise ops, reduction, attention/softmax, quantization) — but written from scratch for a specific chip rather than routed through an existing backend.

What You Will Actually Do

• Write new compute kernels (functionally equivalent to PyTorch operators: matmul/GEMM, convolution, elementwise, reduction, attention/softmax) targeting custom RISC-V hardware.
• Implement and tune mixed-precision inference pipelines across multiple numerical formats (FP32, BF16, MXFP8, MXFP4, NVFP4).
• Investigate and improve the performance of existing kernels and how they are invoked: optimize cache vs. DRAM memory usage (memory hierarchy, tiling/blocking, prefetching, bandwidth vs. latency trade-offs).
• Optimize distributed communication for multi-device and multi-node inference.
• Partition and schedule workloads across compute cores to maximize hardware utilization.
• Fuse individual kernels into efficient end-to-end pipelines for LLM model execution.
• Write C++23 code with heavy use of metaprogramming (templates, constexpr, concepts, CRTP, SFINAE) to generate specialized code for different kernel configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience writing low-level compute kernels — GEMM/matmul, convolution, elementwise, reduction, or similar — regardless of whether this was for PyTorch/ATen, XLA, CUDA, ARM NEON/SVE, x86 AVX, or other hardware. The key requirement is actual kernel-writing experience, not just usage of high-level ML frameworks.
• Experience with SIMD/SIMT/vector intrinsics on any architecture (RVV, ARM NEON/SVE, x86 SSE/AVX/AVX-512) or with inline assembly, understanding how the compiler maps intrinsics to instructions etc.
• Solid understanding of memory hierarchy: cache vs. DRAM, cache lines, latency/bandwidth trade-offs, data locality, tiling/blocking for compute optimization.
• Strong interest in and willingness to optimize code for performance and memory efficiency, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve execution speed, memory usage, and overall system efficiency.
• Strong focus on latency minimization in production inference paths — able to identify and eliminate latency-critical bottlenecks across the full execution pipeline, not just individual kernels.
• Comfortable working in a Linux-like environment for building/testing (WSL/Linux), and experience debugging without full GUI debugger tooling (log-based debugging).

Strong Pluses

• Direct RISC-V experience (ISA, RVV / custom intrinsic extensions, cross-compilation with a RISC-V toolchain — GCC/LLVM/Clang).
• Experience optimizing kernels for LLM inference/training (attention, KV-cache, softmax, layer norm, quantized matrix multiplication).
• Experience with proprietary/custom hardware (not reference architectures), including writing code for early-stage chips where tooling and debugging capabilities are limited.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ruby + React Developer / Architect to join a product-focused engineering team building a large-scale B2D (business-to-developer) SaaS platform. You will help shape developer-facing products used worldwide, taking ownership of features from concept to production while influencing both technical and product decisions.

This is not a feature factory role—you'll work closely with the team to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and build solutions that deliver meaningful value to developers.
 

Core Competence:
 

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and React + TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications in production environments.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with React, modern TypeScript, and component-based architecture.
• Solid backend development experience using Ruby on Rails, including API design and application architecture.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and designing efficient, maintainable data models.
• Ability to take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle—from discovery and design to implementation and release.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and propose better technical and product solutions.
• Experience building products for developers or a strong understanding of developer experience (DX) principles.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced product environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small cross-functional team.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to improve engineering productivity.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, and modern engineering best practices.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience working on B2D (Business-to-Developer) or developer tooling products.
• Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript backend services.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and improving application performance.
• Strong UX and design intuition with an understanding of creating intuitive developer experiences.
• Experience influencing product direction and collaborating directly with product managers and technical leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative product delivery.
• Previous experience in an architectural or technical leadership role.

We’re looking for our first dedicated marketing person: hands-on, generalist, willing to learn fast. You’d be working directly with the founder (one person, no committee, no politics), running day-to-day marketing execution across our products (we’re shipping consumer apps on iOS and MacOS)

This is a full-time, remote role (35–40 hrs/week). Initial 3-month engagement with strong intent to extend if it’s working. Could grow into a Marketing Lead role as the portfolio scales.

What you’d actually do:
Your time will shift between our products based on what’s live, what’s launching, and what needs the most attention. Expect 2–4 products active in your queue at any time. Across them:

- Basic SMM. Run TikTok, Instagram accounts for our apps. Mostly base for launching ads and influencers outreach. We give you the playbook.
- Creator outreach. Find influencers of small and medium size (1K–10K, 10K-100K followers) in each product’s niche. Reach out, send brief, pay them, collect content, track results. Markets vary — often US, Europe, Brazil, Japan.
- Community participation. Genuine presence in the Reddit / Discord / Telegram communities relevant to each product. Help people, build credibility, mention the app only when it actually helps the conversation. We do NOT spam.
- Newsletter sponsorships . Find small targeted newsletters per product, negotiate small ads.
- Reporting & systems. Weekly metrics sheet across all products (downloads, ratings, install sources, MRR). Weekly Friday written report across all projects.

Who you are:
Ambitious junior or self-taught marketer. The role demands real ownership. You’ll get a budget, a playbook, and weekly priorities — then you decide what to ship and when. We don’t want someone who needs daily approval to do the next obvious thing.

Required:
- Strong written English
- Active TikTok user — you get how it works in 2026
- Comfortable on Pinterest, Reddit, Instagram at user level
- Comfortable juggling 2–4 different products with different audiences and brand voices, without mixing them up
- Spreadsheets (Google Sheets), comfortable in Notion or similar
- Self-directed: weekly plan, ship, iterate, raise blockers early
- Honest about what works and what doesn’t

Would be a plus:
- Efficient with AI
- Personal interest in consumer tech and design
- Basic Canva or Figma
- Previous experience juggling multiple small clients or projects in parallel
- Familiarity with App Store Connect or app analytics tools
