    The Opportunity

    We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to own the craft of turning complex M&A and investment workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences.

    This is not a design support role. It’s a seat at the table in a company redefining how knowledge and agents work together. You’ll spend the majority of your time on our enterprise SaaS applications and a smaller portion shaping our Chrome Companion extension. This also includes influencing and shaping go to market collateral for the website and customer/investor materials.

     

    We created a sophisticated prototype, now we are building our MVP. You’ll work closely with the CTO, CPO, Frontend and Backend Engineer to deliver a thoughtful user experience that showcases our AI capabilities.

    Job Description
    In your new role you will:

    Facilities Team Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first level contact with the landlord and the global facility team in Munich
    • Manage the facility budget and control operational costs to ensure efficient use of resources

    Finance Team Responsibilities
     

    • Act as the first level contact with outsourced financial and legal companies, as well as the Corporate Service Center Team in Porto
    • Facilitate and respond to internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Support Private Entrepreneurs with contracts and accounting to ensure seamless business operations
    • Manage purchasing and import/export functions to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services

    Purchasing and Import/Export Responsibilities
     

    • Manage import and export documentation to ensure compliance with EU and Ukrainian regulations
    • Ensure compliance with EU and Ukrainian regulations to avoid any legal or financial repercussions
    • Manage the legal entity to ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

    Compliance and Process Management
     

    • Coordinate processes and set up procedures related to the business activities of the Cypress Ukraine entity to ensure compliance with both the company's global policies and local government regulations.

    Contract Management
     

    • Review and arrange the signing of sales, service, and lease agreements between the Ukraine entity and vendors/customers. 



    Your Profile
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
     

    • At least 5 years of experience in Management
    • Experience or knowledge in areas of functional responsibilities in Ukraine and familiarity with EU equivalents
    • Finance and accounting knowledge/experience
    • Import and export laws/procedures, as well as Contract and business law knowledge/experience
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the  ability to prioritize

    As Linux Software Engineer, you will be a key part of our System Architecture team to develop and maintain the Linux-based systems powering our unmanned aerial vehicles at Quantum-Systems.     You will be working closely with stakeholders from the Avionics, Systems Engineering, and Flight Testing departments to integrate hardware, third-party software, and onboard applications into a high-performance Linux platform.

    Providing a reliable, scalable, and mission-critical software environment is essential to Quantum-Systems — your mission will have a powerful impact.

     

    What is your Day to Day Mission:

    • Maintaining existing as well as creating new Linux applications on the unmanned aircraft
    • Designing and coordinating interfaces between teams, documenting the architecture and design decisions
    • Integration of hardware and 3rd-party software into the Linux system, aligning with suppliers and other teams
    • Testing of existing and new applications. This includes writing unit tests, integration tests, functional tests, and acceptance tests
    • Analyzing logs from flights, both from test flights as well as real-world customer issues
    • Debugging and finding solutions for software and hardware issues related to the Linux system
    • Maintaining and extending the build system, pipeline, and tooling. Creating releases with release notes
    • Working in an agile environment and following the defined development process

       

    What you bring to the team:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
    • 3+ years of experience in Linux software development, preferably in embedded or robotics systems
    • Strong proficiency in C/C++ (14 or newer) with proven experience developing Linux applications
    • Solid understanding of Linux internals, including system services, device trees, and kernel modules
    • Experience with cross-compilation, Yocto, Buildroot, or similar build systems
    • Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., GDB, strace, perf) and log analysis
    • Familiarity with testing methodologies, including writing and executing unit, integration, and system-level tests

    The Role

    As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing digital marketing campaigns, building awareness, and supporting the expansion of Mosqitter Grand (B2B) and Mosqitter Mini (D2C). You’ll work closely with leadership to bring our marketing strategy to life, with a special focus on performance marketing, CRM, and email campaigns. 

     

    Key Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, email, CRM), ideally in consumer products / home appliances / D2C brands.

    Hands-on expertise with:

    • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
    • Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or other)
