Requirements (must-have)

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering or building LLM-based conversational experiences
• Practical experience with LLM prompting in production-like scenarios (quality, consistency, edge cases)
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to evaluate outputs and improve them systematically
• Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• English: B2+ (C1 is a strong advantage)

Nice to have

• Basic Python and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Cohere, etc.)
• Understanding of RAG, structured outputs (JSON/function calling), and evaluation approaches
• Experience building LLM agents (tool calling, multi-step workflows) with LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI
• Exposure to open-source model ecosystems and practical optimization (e.g., lightweight fine-tuning like LoRA)
• Background in linguistics, media, content creation, or UX writing (we value language craftsmanship)
