    About the Role

    At UKAD, you’ll focus on analyzing and optimizing content rather than pure copywriting. Your work will make our service pages, blogs, and other materials clear and effective for search engines, AI algorithms, and real users, combining data-driven insight with creativity.

    What you’ll do:
     

    • Analyze search demand across SE, NO, DK, NL, UK, and US markets, and optimize service pages for structure, clarity, and AI visibility
    • Audit and improve pages, drafts, and notes while keeping a consistent, factual tone
    • Track competitor backlinks, identify opportunities, and suggest link-worthy content
    • Track competitors, trends, and AI visibility in key areas (.NET, Umbraco, Optimizely, AI, Staff Augmentation)
    • Monitor performance in GA4, Search Console, and Semrush: top pages, AI visibility, keyword growth, CTR, technical issues
    • Recommend priorities for updates every 2-4 weeks.
       

    What We’re Looking For:
     

    • Experience in B2B IT or digital agencies
    • Strong SEO knowledge: keywords, search intent, on-page and basic technical SEO
    • Understanding of service page structure in IT outsourcing
    • Ability to analyze content, not just write it
    • Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console

    We are looking for a strong Middle+ Automation QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to become the first QA Automation specialist on the fire safety and IoT project and build automation processes from scratch.

    Must Have

    • 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
    • Strong knowledge of Playwright with TypeScript
    • Experience working with Allure Report
    • Experience with Python
    • Strong experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
    • Strong ownership, responsibility, and decision-making skills
    • English level at least Upper-Intermediate

     

    Nice To Have

    • Active usage of modern AI tools and techniques in the development and testing process
    • Experience in building QA automation from scratch in R&D team with no previous automation setup

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain QA automation infrastructure
    • Define automation strategy and priorities independently
    • Identify critical user flows and ensure stable automated coverage
    • Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
    • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure product quality
    • Improve testing efficiency using modern tools and AI-assisted approaches
    • Take full ownership of QA automation on the project
