    Responsibilities:

    •Identify, evaluate and execute product partnership opportunities with tech vendors, distributors, ad agencies, industrial associations, system integrators and other relevant partners

    •Conduct CusDev research to identify partner and end-user needs 

    •Design, develop and launch new partnership-driven Big Data products and features

    Qualifications:

    •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field (Master's preferred)

    •3+ years in product partnerships, business development or product management in B2B SaaS, Big Data or similar

    •Strong understanding of Big Data products, analytics solutions and data-driven business models 

    •Excellent negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to build strong partner relationships 

    •Experience with API integrations, platform partnerships and ecosystem development

    Requirements: 

    • 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment with full-cycle hiring ownership 
    • Proven experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles of different seniority levels 
    • Experience with product and marketing roles 
    • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing (social media, Boolean search, communities, referrals, talent pools, non-obvious platforms)
    • Experience working closely with Hiring Managers as a trusted recruitment partner 
    • Solid interviewing skills and knowledge of different interview techniques 
    • Experience using ATS and maintaining accurate candidate databases
    • Experience using AI tools to automate and optimize recruitment processes 
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work with objections 
    • Business-oriented mindset and understanding of the talent market
    • High level of self-organization, responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability 

     

    Your Impact:

    • Own the full recruitment cycle, primarily in product and marketing domains 
    • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role profiles, highlight hiring risks, and align recruitment outcomes with business goals
    • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy based on market conditions and role dynamics 
    • Actively source candidates via multiple channels: direct sourcing, inbound applications, referrals, talent pool, and warm pipelines
    • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ fit for role requirements and company culture 
    • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process 
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing) to deeply understand talent needs and team culture 
    • Continuously develop your hard and soft skills and support Hiring Managers in improving their candidate interaction skills

    Responsibilities

    Design assets/banners for onsite promotions and email campaigns

    Development of the brand character, enabling the character to adapt to different poses and themes

    Adapting and optimising graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless visibility on various devices

    Working with the marketing team to produce affiliate banners and landing pages

    New website page designs along with optimising existing pages

     

     

    Requirements

    At least 2-years experience as a Graphic Designer

    The ability to to take an idea and turn it into a physical design

    Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

    Knowledge of different screen resolutions and able to adjust designs to fit

    Previous experience using Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator in order to adapt the brand character into different surroundings / movements

    Good spoken English and communication skills

    Proactive, meticulous, and organised

    Experience in creating 3D characters a plus but must be able to manipulate character design

    Great organisation and prioritisation skills
