Responsibilities:

- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads;
- Plan and allocate advertising budgets to achieve target KPIs;
- Identify and test new audiences, segments, and search queries to drive qualified lead generation;
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS;

Requirements
 

• 3+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager on a web product with real users and revenue
• Deep hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work: specs, planning, reporting, routine. Not optional for us
• Proven experience automating routine: task creation, planning, status tracking, reporting

About the Role

Our data is a strategic asset, and we are now building the infrastructure needed to unlock it. As an early member of our Data team, reporting to the Head of Data, you will design and own the pipelines, warehouse, and tooling that turn product signals into business intelligence.
You are joining at the ground floor: the data layer is being built now, so your decisions will shape it. We treat data as a product and hold a high bar for quality and reliability. The stack includes Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow or Prefect, Snowflake or BigQuery, Segment, Amplitude, AWS or GCP, Terraform, Looker or Metabase, Fivetran or Airbyte, GitHub Actions, and Kafka (planned).

What You’ll DoPipelines & Warehouse

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines ingesting data from product surfaces, payment providers, and third-party APIs
• Architect and manage our cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift) from the ground up
• Implement orchestration workflows (Airflow, Prefect, or similar) for reliability and full observability

• Optimise warehouse performance and cost through query tuning, clustering, and sensible warehouse sizing

   

Transformation, Quality & Governance

• Develop clean, well-documented, testable transformation layers (dbt or equivalent), applying dimensional modelling principles
• Build and govern a canonical semantic layer so metric and entity definitions stay consistent across every BI tool and consumer
• Define and enforce data quality standards, SLAs, tests, and monitoring across critical datasets, and maintain a central data catalogue with clear lineage

• Build security and governance into the platform: RBAC, PII classification and masking, encryption, and retention and deletion workflows that support privacy requests

   

Product & Engineering Partnership

• Partner with Product and Growth to instrument event tracking (Segment, Amplitude, or similar) and deliver datasets that power funnels, subscription metrics (MRR, churn, LTV), and A/B test reporting
• Collaborate with Software Engineers on data contract design, API logging, and Change Data Capture where needed

• Champion DataOps practices: version control, CI/CD for data, and documentation-as-code

   

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a closely related role
• Strong command of SQL and at least one of Python or Scala for data processing
• Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, or equivalent)
• Prior experience at a B2C SaaS, subscription, or marketplace business, with a grasp of funnels, churn, and LTV
• Solid understanding of data modelling principles and experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework
• Proven ability to design and scale batch and/or streaming data pipelines in production

About the Role

We are building our data function from the ground up, and we need sharp analysts to turn a growing pile of product and subscription data into decisions. As a Data Analyst, reporting to the Head of Data, you will be the person teams come to when they need to understand why something is happening.

You will dig into funnels, experiments, and cohorts, find the story in the numbers, and make a clear recommendation. Less “build the dashboard,” more “answer the question no one else can.” This is an early role on a forming team — so you will have unusually broad scope and direct influence on product and growth decisions.

What You’ll Do

Analysis & Insight

• Investigate product, growth, and subscription questions end to end — from a vague business prompt to a clear, actionable answer
• Run deep dives into funnels, retention, churn drivers, time-to-value, feature adoption, and monetisation across the product suite
• Build cohort, segmentation, and LTV analyses that shape how we acquire and keep subscribers

• Synthesise quantitative data with qualitative context so recommendations reflect why users behave the way they do, not just what they did

   

Experimentation & Product Partnership

• Design, size, and analyse A/B tests — interpreting lift, impact, and risk, including the inconclusive results
• Partner with Product and Growth to define success metrics and hypotheses before experiments launch

• Present findings to product managers, marketers, and leadership in plain language — with a recommendation attached and tied back to company goals

   

Data Quality & Infrastructure

• Validate data accuracy across source systems and run root-cause analysis on anomalies before they reach a dashboard
• Work with the BI Analyst and Data Engineers to turn recurring analyses into governed, reusable models
• Handle personal and behavioural data responsibly, in line with privacy and access policies
   

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• 2+ years in a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Growth Analyst role
• Strong SQL — you can pull and shape data from a warehouse independently, including event-level and behavioural datasets
• Solid analytical foundation: funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and the basics of statistical significance and experiment design
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar)
