Наша команда займається розвитком системи сповіщень для користувачів – ми створюємо ефективні push, Viber, SMS та email-розсилки, що допомагають клієнтам отримувати актуальну інформацію про посилки в процесі доставкияк в Україні, так і за її межами.
Зараз ми шукаємо бізнес-аналітика, який допоможе вдосконалити механізми комунікації, оптимізувати процеси та впроваджувати інноваційні рішення для покращення досвіду користувачів.

As the Senior Product Designer at Scrambly, you will own the end-to-end product design direction and shape the complete user experience for millions of users across mobile and web products. You will be both a hands-on designer and the design leader who elevates quality, speed, and product thinking across the entire organization.
You will work closely with the Product Manager, Delivery Manager, and engineering teams to uncover user problems, generate and validate hypotheses, rapidly iterate on solutions, and ensure that every user touchpoint is intuitive, delightful, and impactful.
This role is perfect for a top-tier designer who combines exceptional craft, strong product thinking, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality. Initially, you will manage our external design agency, set the foundations of Scrambly’s design culture, and eventually build and lead an internal design team.
Your goal is to establish a world-class product experience and turn Scrambly into a product people love to use every day.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Design Strategy
- Conduct continuous discovery with the Product Manager to understand user needs, pain points, motivations, and behaviors.
- Analyze user research, product data, funnels, and session replays to identify design opportunities.
- Generate, structure, and prioritize hypotheses for improving product usability and engagement.
- Translate insights into actionable design strategies and experience improvements.
- Align design direction with business goals and product vision.
Experience Design & Craft Excellence
- Own UX and UI across mobile and web, ensuring a cohesive and delightful experience.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed interaction specifications.
- Ensure pixel-perfect quality and maintain a high aesthetic and usability standard.
- Hold the bar for design excellence across the organization, ensuring every shipped experience is thoughtful, intuitive, and polished.
Rapid Experimentation & Iteration
- Collaborate with product and engineering to design and validate low-effort experiments.
- Use A/B tests, user feedback, and qualitative/quantitative insights to validate or reject hypotheses.
- Iterate quickly based on learnings while maintaining design quality.
- Build prototypes that minimize engineering time while maximizing learning.
Design Systems & Standards
- Create and evolve Scrambly’s design language, patterns, and components.
- Establish principles and processes that enable fast, consistent, and scalable design work.
- Ensure consistent visual and interaction patterns across all surfaces.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with product, delivery, marketing, and leadership to align direction and strategy.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, confidently, and backed by insights.
- Represent the design function in cross-functional planning discussions.
Leadership & Team Building
- Manage the external design agency: review work, ensure alignment, and maintain quality.
- Act as the founding design leader, shaping design culture and processes.
- Hire, mentor, and grow future designers as the team expands.
- Lead by example with a proactive, solution-driven, ownership mindset.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong focus on mobile-first consumer products (extensive mobile experience is a must).
- A world-class portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX and UI craft, strong product thinking, and shipped end-to-end experiences at meaningful scale.
- Proven ability to own complex product areas, from problem discovery to polished implementation.
- Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Deep experience with hypothesis-driven design, rapid prototyping, A/B test design, and iterative learning loops.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality designs at speed without sacrificing clarity, usability, or visual excellence.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers or managing external design partners/agencies.
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into simple, elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present work clearly, defend decisions confidently, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to experiment with animations, transitions, and microinteractions to elevate the user experience.
- Understanding of how to apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate design processes and exploration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, iterative startup environment.
- A strong ownership mindset, able to operate autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Obsession with design quality and detail, with a commitment to shipping experiences that feel premium, intuitive, and delightful.
- Fluency in English (B2+).
