WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Come up with creative ideas and hooks for video content that promotes our products
• Write video scripts - including exactly what the creator should say on camera
• Create visual shooting instructions for creators (how to film, what to show, scene-by-scene direction)
• Write text hooks and captions that stop the scroll and drive engagement

About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Data Science to own and scale Everstake’s data science and analytics function. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong technical focus. You will define the data science direction, lead senior-level engineers, and work closely with the CDO, product, engineering, and business teams to drive data-informed decisions across a complex Web3 infrastructure.
You will be responsible not only for analytics and modeling, but also for data architecture, orchestration, performance, reliability, and engineering standards in a fast-growing blockchain environment.
