• Proven track record managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube) with strong ROI

• Input and maintain accurate records of financial transactions in 1C.
• Prepare financial reports, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.

Engineer. You would design and execute tests of device firmware and manufacturing process software in
support of our Class II monitoring devices.
In this role, you will act as an advocate for the quality of our software, from the perspective of both our
patients and our internal customers, working primarily with firmware written in C and with C#/.NET
windows desktop applications.

Understanding of QA principles and processes.

•  Preference for experience with the software QA process in the medical device industry
  (ISO 13485, ISO 62304) or other regulated environment (e.g., FAA, SEC, DoD, Title 21
  CFR part 11), and related verification, validation, and documentation requirements.
• Understanding of requirements traceability and its role in compliance and test coverage

About the Work:

RFA provides technical assistance to multiple Ministries to:

• Improved capacity of Government of Ukraine (GoU) to establish EU compatible and decentralized strategic and recovery planning framework that align sector plans across government;
• Improved capacity of GoU to develop gender-responsive, citizen-oriented, inclusive and environmentally sensitive policies within the strategic and recovery planning framework;
• Improved capacity of the GoU to manage the consolidated policy agenda in a transparent, accountable, evidence-based manner.

The Role:

QA engineer impact is to: 

• Performing functional, and non-functional, regression testing;

Responsibilities:

- Creating, editing, and maintaining work tables (Monday service)
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes in terms of granting and revoking access
- Collecting information about departments and employees upon request from Business Operations Manager
- Preparing statistics on completed departmental tasks
- Providing data and reports to other departments upon request
- Creating and regularly updating FAQs, video instructions, checklists, and guidelines
- Updating and verifying the relevance of internal documents
- Checking the correctness of settings in work tools and making corrections according to instructions

Would be a plus:

- Experience working in IT, digital, or iGaming companies
- Skills in creating educational materials (videos, instructions, guidelines)
- Experience in process visualization (process maps, schemes, diagrams)
- Basic knowledge of working with password managers (Bitwarden or similar)

We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO specialist who has a proven track record of driving results specifically in the US and Canadian markets. If your experience is primarily with other regions or international markets, this role is not the right fit. We are only interested in candidates who deeply understand the North American search landscape—someone who can show tangible results from US- or Canada-based SEO campaigns in IT, SaaS, or B2B industries.

This is an in-house SEO role, focused solely on our brand (not client work). You'll be responsible for driving long-term, sustainable growth in search rankings and qualified traffic.

📍 Schedule: Full-time, remote
🕓 Working hours: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM EET (US business hours)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a complete SEO strategy tailored to the IT/SaaS/B2B space
• Perform technical audits and implement site-wide improvements (crawlability, indexing, site speed, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
• Optimize existing content and create SEO content briefs for high-converting landing pages and blog articles
• Collaborate with writers and developers to implement SEO best practices across content and code
• Monitor key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, click-through rates) and adjust strategies based on data
• Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge
  
   

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience managing SEO for IT, SaaS, or B2B companies
• Demonstrated success in the US and/or Canadian markets—experience with other regions is not relevant for this role
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
• Excellent understanding of keyword intent, content optimization, and site architecture
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics and how websites are structured for SEO performance
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and present actionable recommendations

• Fluent English (B2/C1+) with strong written communication skills
