    What You’ll Do

    • Work on  the full B2B SaaS growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → expansion
    • Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, YouTube, and influencer channels, or anything you can think of
    • Fail fast and experiment with 6-figure monthly budget
    • Work with product to optimise onboarding flows and reduce time-to-value
    • Partner with sales customer success to identify expansion opportunities and upsell within existing accounts
    • Build the analytics framework to track, measure, and iterate on growth initiatives
    • Own review platforms — keep G2 and Capterra storefronts fresh, run quarterly review drives, and secure “High Performer” badges
       

    You Have

    • 4–6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
    • Proven track record managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube) with strong ROI
    • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, SaaS onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns
    • Experience with influencer and partnership marketing in a niche/professional space
    • Analytical mindset — comfortable running A/B tests and building dashboards
    • Self-starter energy — you can go from idea → test → result fast
       

    Nice-to-Have

    RFA provides technical assistance to multiple Ministries to:

    • Improved capacity of Government of Ukraine (GoU) to establish EU compatible and decentralized strategic and recovery planning framework that align sector plans across government;
    • Improved capacity of GoU to develop gender-responsive, citizen-oriented, inclusive and environmentally sensitive policies within the strategic and recovery planning framework;
    • Improved capacity of the GoU to manage the consolidated policy agenda in a transparent, accountable, evidence-based manner.

    To achieve these objectives RFA Project is developing software to automate the above-mentioned processes.

    The Role:

    QA engineer impact is to: 

    • Performing functional, and non-functional, regression testing;
    • Write clear and detailed bug reports, analyze root causes, and distinguish bugs from expected behavior or potential improvements;
    • Build and maintain end-to-end (E2E) tests for product features;
    • Using and implementing new best practices in testing to ensure product quality and reliability;
    • Maximizing test coverage, preparing and maintaining test documentation including test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
    • Monitor and support the stability of the test infrastructure across various environments;
    • Define and analyze test metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automation.

    Required Qualifications:

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in automation testing;
      • Experience in testing web applications (cross-platform and cross-browser desktop & mobile testing);
        • Full understanding of QA process and methodologies - test plan, test case, bug tracking systems and product life cycle;
          • Automated testing using Zephyr/Allure or similar;
            • Understanding CI/CD processes, setting up the launch of automated tests (Jenkins or similar);
