About the role
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android voice and messaging applications, with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%), while leading Proof of Concept work to evaluate migration toward React Native. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager — someone who understands that in B2B iGaming, great relationships are built on sharp business acumen, speed, and strategic influence. As we prepare to launch our slot portfolio to the market, you will be the driving commercial force behind our footprint. You won’t just manage accounts; you’ll pave the way, open doors with major operators, and turn our games into top-performing assets across partner platforms.

What you’ll do

• Drive commercial success: Take full ownership of B2B sales and account expansion during our market launch phase;
• Build and execute pipeline: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard key iGaming operators, aggregators, and platforms;

We are looking for a technical Head of Corporate IT who is ready to take full ownership of the corporate infrastructure strategy, budget management, and the transformation of access and security processes. In this role, you will lead a team of 35 engineers, build highly effective processes for the internal Help Desk team, improve the existing office infrastructure and service integrations, and own the global IT Procurement function, ensuring smooth operations and scalable growth across the business. Your ideas will have the potential to transform processes across the entire global company, helping the business achieve its strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Develop and maintain a secure and scalable identity and access management strategy across the organization in close collaboration with Security team
• Configure and manage authentication and access control mechanisms, including SSO, MFA, VPN access policies, and privileged access management
• Drive implementation and improvement of Zero Trust and security-first infrastructure approaches

2. IT Service Management (ITSM) & Operational Processes

• Build and improve transparent ITSM processes
• Develop and maintain a strong service-oriented IT culture focused on operational excellence and user experience
• Define and monitor SLA/KPI metrics, analyze team performance, and drive continuous improvements based on operational data
• Automate routine IT operations 

3. Infrastructure Management & Operations

• Ensure stable, secure, and scalable operation of the company’s IT infrastructure
• Manage hybrid infrastructure environments, including MacOS and Windows endpoints; Linux/Unix systems
• Oversee enterprise networking infrastructure (LAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall)
• Ensure high availability, business continuity, backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Build a high-performance engineering culture with strong ownership and accountability
• Manage hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development of technical leaders and engineers
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Business teams
• Manage relationships with vendors, hardware providers, and external service partners
• Plan infrastructure roadmap and ensure alignment between IT infrastructure and business goals

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure in large-scale, geographically distributed environments (1,000+ employees)
• At least 2 years of experience in managing infrastructure and support engineering teams of 20+ employees
• Experience working in high-availability, high-security international environments
• Strong experience with vendor management, budgeting, procurement, and operational planning
• Strong hands-on expertise in Linux/Unix Administration, macOS endpoint management, Windows infrastructure
• Experience implementing and improving SLA-driven support processes
• Strategic mindset with the ability to scale infrastructure together with business growth
• Strong ownership mentality and high standards for operational excellence
• Ability to structure ambiguous environments and drive operational improvements
