We are looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about data and understands both product behavior and data infrastructure. Youβll serve as the analytical partner to product managers, while also collaborating closely with our data engineering team to ensure scalable, reliable, and well-instrumented data foundations.
What Youβll Do:
- Analyze user behavior across web platforms to identify friction points in the product journey, especially around search, checkout, prescription flow, and re-purchase.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for product optimizations β including pricing, UX changes, cross-sell strategies, and delivery options.
- Own key product KPIs (conversion, LTV, churn, retention), and provide actionable insights through dashboards, deep-dives, and cohort analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineering to define tracking requirements, review event instrumentation plans, and validate data quality.
- Help shape the product data model (e.g., event taxonomy, user & session stitching) to support scalable self-serve analytics.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and backend data structure β helping ensure analytical use cases are supported by clean, efficient pipelines.
