We are building a real-time AI-powered desktop assistant that runs on-screen during sales calls — a live mission control layer that floats above Zoom, Google Meet, and similar tools. The product already exists and is actively deployed in enterprise environments on both Windows and macOS.

This is not a standard frontend role. We need a systems-level desktop engineer who understands operating systems deeply, knows how to write native modules, and can make software feel truly native — responsive, polished, and invisible in terms of resource usage. Windows is our primary platform, macOS is equally important for product quality.

We're looking for a product designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and brings genuine craft to every stage of the process — from a rough concept scribbled on a FigJam board to a polished, shipped interface.

You'll work side by side with a Design BA on projects across Professional Services, Digital Services, HR, Logistics, ESG, and more — taking an active role in everything from early discovery and presales to final delivery.

• Participating in presales activities — helping shape proposals, visualize concepts, and demonstrate design thinking to prospective clients  

• Leading and contributing to discovery, research, and UX architecture before requirements are fully defined  

• Balancing analysis, research, and visual execution — knowing when to go deep and when to move fast  

• Creating prototypes, user flows, IAs, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma  

• Conducting usability testing and customer development interviews  

• Collaborating with development teams and presenting design decisions to client stakeholders

• A background spanning agency, studio, and/or product environments is a real advantage — it builds a breadth of thinking that pure single-track experience rarely does  

• Experience contributing to or leading presales engagements (pitches, concept presentations, early-stage scoping)  

• Provides meaningful reasoning behind design decisions  

• Gives and receives feedback well, following nonviolent communication principles  

• Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues across cultures  

• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership  

• Passionate about learning and trying new things  

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above — our clients speak English, and designers participate actively in client-facing conversations  

We don't do test tasks. Instead, we ask you to share what you've already done — in its real, working form.

• Visual cases and case studies — polished presentations of your work, showing outcomes and design decisions. NDA-covered work is fine to present on a call.  

• Raw materials — work-in-progress files, analysis boards, FigJam canvases, research notes, early explorations. This is mandatory.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with CMO and execute marketing activities according to the plan.
• Coordinate tasks between SMM, designers, copywriters, and external contractors.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage content schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Work on social media activities, PR tasks, and partnerships.
• Coordinate and manage preparations for offline conferences and industry events.

• Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for content and promotions.

   

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1,5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Initiative, creativity, willingness to develop within the company.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Hands-on experience in a specific marketing area would be an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
