• Own and support core ML infrastructure (MLflow, CVAT, GPU/CPU cloud instances, internal data tools).

Position Overview

You will be working closely with our clients’ team in a team extension format. The client’s office is located in the EST time zone and you are expected to join the daily stand up meetings, planning meetings, etc. (usually in the morning EST time)

The software ingests data from various sources and creates positions, cash flows, net present values, expenses, interest, principal repayments and various analytics based on formulas. This information resides in a database. The users can produce reports in Excel and PDF formats or publish to a Business Intelligence tool that allows to create custom reports and views. Currently Power BI is used, though it is possible that another solution will be used in the future.

Our client needs help with 2 projects:

• Managing the receipt and upload of files, implementation of new and changes to the existing models, data repositories that populate BI tools, BI reports and templates
• Optimisation and customisation of large scale reports for some of the clients (may have 100’s of 1,000’s records). In order to generate a report, you will have to consume data from an API and / or flat files and apply custom logic that may be customized for each client

This role requires experience in the following technologies:

What you will do:

• Explore the market and competitors to identify trends and translate them into creative ideas.
• Generate and test creative hypotheses for advertising campaigns.
• Create clear and structured briefs for designers (mostly video creatives) to bring ideas to life.
• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, and creative concepts faster and more efficiently.
• Analyze performance metrics of tested creatives (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate new ideas to improve results.
• Discover and implement new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process and automate routine tasks.
• Participate in shoots for advertising creatives, collaborating with our in-house video production team.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in creative marketing;
• Ability to use market monitoring and competitor analysis tools (AppMagic, Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center etc).
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Sora, Nanobanana, Runway, or similar).
• Understanding of key marketing metrics and the marketing funnel.
• Ability to create clear and structured briefs for designers (both static and video creatives).
• A mix of creative and analytical thinking, proven by previous experience.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset — eager to learn, grow fast, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in tracking content trends and best-performing ad practices on social media.
• English at Intermediate level or higher — comfortable communicating with teammates and stakeholders.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage the full outbound cycle: from infrastructure setup to lead generation and qualification.

Responsibilities
• Set up and manage email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warm-up, rotation)
• Monitor deliverability, reputation, and run spam tests
• Build and prepare lead lists (Apollo, Clay, or similar), validate emails
• Segment audiences for different campaigns
• Write cold email sequences and tailor messaging to ICP
• Launch campaigns, run A/B tests, and validate hypotheses
• Handle replies, qualify leads, and move them to calls
• Work with CRM and pass leads to the sales team
• Analyze performance (open rate, reply rate, meetings) and optimize campaigns
• Prepare regular reports

Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in email marketing / cold outreach
• Understanding of deliverability principles and best practices
• Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
• Strong email copywriting skills
• Experience with segmentation and ICP
• Basic understanding of CRM systems

Nice to have
• Experience in B2B outbound
