• Research data and write reports about computer systems, processes, and applications.

About the Position:

The Product Manager at ElevateOS is responsible for owning the full product development lifecycle — taking early ideas from prototype through planning, development, launch, and beyond.

Customer empathy is critical to our success. Product Managers are expected to quickly develop deep expertise in the ElevateOS solution suite, as well as a strong understanding of the proptech industry and the multifamily apartment market. In this role, you will work closely with both B2B and B2C customers to ensure we are consistently delivering value and identifying new problems worth solving.

You will partner closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to define and maintain a clear roadmap for your product domain. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, marketing, design, and engineering to align teams around a shared product vision and successfully execute the roadmap.

While building new features and launching products is part of the role, success is ultimately measured by outcomes — validated customer value and tangible improvements to how our customers operate.

This is a fully remote position reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Job responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and maintain a clear roadmap for your domain
• Manage your product throughout its lifecycle from ideas to launch and continuous iteration
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by ongoing calls and interviews with customers and prospects.
• Create and maintain a strong feedback system between customers and our sales, marketing and support teams.
• Collect and translate ideas into clear product requirement documents and technical user stories.
• Work closely with our designers to build prototypes that become great user experiences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and support to ensure our product content and messaging is clear and well-positioned
• Continuously measure product adoption and usage against KPI’s and OKR’s

Must Haves:

• 5+ years in a product management role
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product development from idea to beyond launch
• Someone who wants to constantly learn and isn’t afraid to ask questions
• Demonstrates a high aptitude for customer empathy and ability to work with customers to gather meaningful insights
• Strong communication
• Solid design background with understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile, accessibility requirements and prototyping

• Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Atlassian/JIRA

   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in prop-tech systems;
• Experience with products that integrate with physical spaces;
• Experience with keyless access control systems and integrations such as Dormakaba, OpenPath, Yale, Salto, Schlage;
• Experience with Property Management Systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, etc.)

Kiss My Apps is looking for an experienced and proactive Backend Developer to join our team and work on an internal payment platform used across all KissMaps products. You will be responsible for developing and scaling backend services, working with payment logic and integrations, and contributing to the evolution of our admin tools. This role offers the opportunity to influence the product’s technical direction.

Who we need:

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript – strong experience in backend development using TypeScript and Node.js, with a focus on building scalable, serverless applications.
• Experience with AWS Services – familiarity with AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, and DynamoDB is crucial for effectively managing our event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of Payment Gateways and Subscription Logic – prior experience with payment providers (e.g., PayPal) and subscription-based services, including retry logic and event handling.
• Database Knowledge – proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) for managing subscription and payment data.
• Networking fundamentals - solid understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS/SSL, and OSI model, along with experience in troubleshooting network issues to ensure secure and efficient data flow across distributed systems.
• Frontend Fundamentals - familiarity with RESTful API integration, Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) policies, iframe handling, and other browser security features to ensure smooth and secure backend/frontend interactions.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with payment systems, PSPs, and financial transactions.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-load products.
• Experience with fraud mechanisms, risk flows, webhooks, and reconciliation.
• Experience in system migrations, refactoring, or scaling.
• Understanding of payment protocols and scenarios.
• Testing and Quality Assurance – hands-on experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development to ensure high service reliability.
• Version Control and CI/CD – solid experience with Git, code review practices, and CI/CD pipelines for smooth development workflows.
• English level: Intermediate (B1).
