We are a fully remote data analytics and BI agency, currently looking for a Data Engineer to build Python and PostgreSQL pipelines for client projects on Google Cloud Platform and Azure.

Read this part carefully: this is a part-time, project-based role with no guaranteed hours. You join our roster of specialists, and when data engineering work comes in, we assign it to you. Some months are busy, some are quiet. If you need a steady income from one employer, this role is not a good fit.

What you will do:
●Write production Python code for ETL / ELT pipelines
●Design PostgreSQL databases and tune them: schemas, indexes, query speed
●Build pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) or Azure, depending on the client
●Set up incremental loads, scheduling, logging, alerts, and backfills
●Prepare clean tables for Power BI and Looker Studio reports
●Write automated tests for Python pipelines
●Document pipelines, tables, and design decisions

Required Skills:
●Strong Python for data engineering: API calls, file processing, database connections, pandas
●PostgreSQL and SQL: schema design, indexing, query optimization
●Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) or Azure (Azure SQL)
●Building ETL / ELT pipelines end-to-end, from source extraction to scheduled loads
●Incremental loads and handling schema changes in source data
●Data quality checks and pipeline troubleshooting
●Git / version control
●Clear documentation
●English skills (B1-B2), both written & spoken

Important! You must be able to showcase 2-4 past projects - ideally Python pipelines, PostgreSQL databases, or cloud data platforms you've built end-to-end. Be ready to walk us through the architecture, your Python and PostgreSQL design decisions, and the challenges you solved.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to the our client’s team.

We are looking for someone who has industrialized recruitment before - built the process, the sourcing engine and the metrics — and who moves quickly. The hiring volume ahead is significant: commercial teams are scaling, new departments are being formed and several first-line leadership roles are open.

Responsibilities:
- Design the end-to-end hiring process: requisition, role profile, funnel, assessment stages, decision, offer, start.
- Agree service levels with hiring managers and hold both sides to them.
- Build and lead the recruitment team, structured by hiring type.
- Implement and embed an applicant tracking system as the single source of truth.
- Volume hiring: branch and operations staff, contact centre agents, commercial roles.
- Leadership and specialist hiring: team leads, department heads, business line directors, scarce expert roles.
- Build the sourcing engine: direct search, referral programme, agency management, regional and international pipelines.
- Personally run first-line leadership searches.
- Own the hiring metrics: time to fill, stage conversion, cost per hire, probation pass rate, quality of hire.
- Enable hiring managers: role profiles, structured interviews, assessment criteria, interview training.
- Candidate experience and feedback discipline.
- Employer brand, jointly with HR and marketing.

Requirements:
Must have:
- 7+ years in recruitment, including 3+ years leading a recruitment team.
- Built or fundamentally rebuilt a recruitment function — process, tooling, metrics and team.
- Both volume and leadership hiring in the same role. These are different disciplines and this position requires both.
- Implemented an applicant tracking system and built hiring reporting on top of it.
- Track record of shortening time to fill with evidence — before and after numbers.
- Strong hiring manager management: setting requirements, running calibration, pushing back on scope creep.
- Working knowledge of the Ukrainian labour market, including regions.
- Working English.

Nice to have:
- Hiring in financial services or a retail branch network
- International hiring for new markets
- Built a referral programme that produced measurable volume

- Budget for tooling and team
- Direct influence on the group's growth plans

We’re looking for an experienced developer to build an AI assistant that users can interact with through text messaging. The assistant will connect to our existing database, answer questions using our information, handle follow-up questions, and send personalized news updates based on users’ interests.

The experience we’re aiming for is similar to texting an assistant like Instinct or Muse, with a focused scope: answering questions using our existing database and delivering personalized news updates.

Are you energized by walking into a client’s operation, finding the workflow that’s actually holding them back, and rebuilding it so AI handles the parts that don’t need a person? At Sigma Software, we don’t just add AI on top of existing processes  we redesign how the work gets done, with AI built into the operating logic from day one.

We’re looking for a Forward AI Deployment Engineer to own that redesign end to end: embedded with the client, hands-on with whatever automation the workflow actually needs, and accountable for turning a real operational problem into something running in production not a demo, not a pilot. Each engagement is built to leave something behind for the next one patterns, infrastructure, governance that already held up in production  so the second engagement doesn’t start from zero, and the tenth looks nothing like the first.

Requirements

• Proven experience taking AI systems from prototype to production inside a real operating environment, not just in a lab or sandbox.
• You treat LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines as tools for redesigning how work gets done, not as the deliverable — and you’re strong and current enough with all of them to actually use them that way.
• Comfort mapping decision logic that’s partly undocumented, and judgment about where automation should stop and human accountability should start.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management — able to advise a client directly and escalate without being asked.

  Responsibilities

• Embed directly with the client’s operational team to find the workflow that’s actually costing them time, quality, or money before recommending any tooling.
• Own the redesign end to end: rework the decision flow and handoffs around AI, then take the resulting system into production yourself.
• Translate a vague, cross-functional business problem into a concrete technical plan the client’s team can actually execute against.
• Prototype fast enough to show the client what’s possible, then build only the parts of that prototype the redesigned workflow actually needs.
• Where the redesign calls for it, build the agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or custom data pipelines that make it real never a deliverable in itself, always because the workflow needs it running in production.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across the client’s org, escalating early and requesting support before a blocker becomes a delay.
• Build up the client’s own team alongside the system pair with their people, explain the reasoning behind each decision, and leave them able to run and improve what you built after you’ve moved to the next engagement.
• Build the feedback loop from day one  telemetry, evaluation pipelines, human-in-the-loop review — so the system keeps improving after you’ve moved on.
