We are looking for an SMM / Community Manager who will take ownership of the YMAG Instagram page.

You will not be working from a rigid content plan.

Instead, we expect you to bring your own ideas, understand audience psychology, and independently shape content direction.

What You Will Do

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop content strategy and positioning for YMAG
• Build content pillars and posting directions
• Create weekly/monthly content plans
• Test new content hypotheses and formats

Content Production

• Research and source relevant content ideas
• Adapt materials for Instagram:
• Reels
• Carousels
• Stories
• Static posts
• Write engaging captions in English
• Perform visual/content editing

Community Building

• Build audience engagement and conversation loops
• Manage comments and stimulate discussions
• Develop community-driven mechanics

Performance Analysis

• Track account growth and engagement metrics
• Analyze content performance
• Optimize based on platform insights and audience behavior

Candidate Expectations

• 2+ years of experience in SMM / Community / Content Management
• Strong Instagram expertise
• Understanding of content formats, platform mechanics, and engagement drivers
• Strong visual taste and content intuition
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (written)

Nice to have:

• background in journalism / PR / editorial / media
• experience with lifestyle/media/community pages
