    As a Middle/Senior Product Analyst at JustAnswer, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the professional services domain driving long-term growth and leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.

     

    About The Role

    In this role, you will drive tangible business impact by delivering high-quality insights and recommendations, leveraging your ability to combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with detailed analysis. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, uncovering business insights, devising optimization strategies, and validating them through experiments.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to structure and perform deep-dive analyses, delivering actionable insights into key business areas
    • Analyze large datasets (internal and external) to identify growth and optimization opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations and effectively communicating them to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
    • Perform Descriptive and Prescriptive Analytics using ML models, A/B and MAB experimentation, while building reports to understand business trends
    • Track and implement business metrics to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making
    • Act as a lead analyst, gaining deep insights into the JustAnswer audience to inform strategic decisions.

       

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience (preferably within e-commerce or customer experience products).
    • Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling
    • Experience with SQL with a strong ability to write complex queries to extract information and arrive at an answer
    • Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, PowerBI, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
    • Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, or Hypothesis Testing, with proven ability to analyze results.
    • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
    • English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).

    We’re looking for a Professional Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll support clients using Entrilia’s fund accounting platform - managing support requests, resolving product-related inquiries, and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to ensure an excellent client experience.

     

    This position is ideal for someone with a finance or accounting background, particularly with experience in audit, fund administration, or financial operations. A background in a Big Four or similar professional services firm is highly valued. You’ll use your analytical and communication skills to help clients succeed while learning the technology that powers modern fund accounting.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage and resolve client requests via support channels
    • Analyze client issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineers to ensure timely solutions
    • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify issues, explain workflows, and provide progress updates
    • Support product testing and validation of new features before release
    • Document and track recurring issues, process improvements, and client feedback
    • Collaborate with the product team to improve Entrilia’s platform and client experience
    • Build strong client relationships through professionalism, reliability, and financial understanding

     

    You, Ideally

    • Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
    • Have 2–5 years of experience in audit, fund accounting, fund administration, or financial operations (Big Four background is a plus)
    • Understand accounting principles and financial reporting workflows
    • Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Are confident communicating directly with clients in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
    • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams
    • Have experience with ERP systems, fund accounting software, or Business Central (a plus, not required)
