5. Corporate IT Services:

• Administer other corporate IT services such as Gitlab, LDAP, GCP.

Requirements

• Python Expert: Strong proficiency in modern Python. Deep understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio) patterns is mandatory, as our entire I/O pipeline (Network, DB, LLM) is non-blocking. Experience with FastAPI and Pydantic (v2).
• Agentic Frameworks: Production experience with LangChain. Hands-on experience or deep conceptual understanding of LangGraph (or similar state-machine-based agent frameworks).

Deep LLM Expertise (What we mean by "Deep"):

• Non-determinism Management: Strategies for handling LLM hallucinations and ensuring reliable outputs (e.g., self-correction loops, specific prompting techniques like CoT/ReAct).
• Structured Outputs: Experience forcing LLMs to adhere to strict schemas (Pydantic/JSON mode) for reliable downstream processing.
• Context Optimization: Advanced strategies for managing limited context windows (summarization chains, sliding windows, selective context injection) beyond simple truncation.

Aceex is looking for Technical Account Manager with a strong background in AdTech to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate campaign execution across programmatic and digital advertising ecosystems.

They are looking for a Middle/Senior level specialist who is an autonomous, team-oriented professional capable of data analysis without requiring constant oversight.

What you’ll be doing:

• manage and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners;
• own onboarding, campaign launches, optimization, and ongoing account performance;
• coordinate with internal product, operations, and technical teams;
• analyze campaign KPIs and provide actionable optimization recommendations;
• support upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Aceex products;
• troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and integration issues with clients;
• prepare performance reports, QBRs, and strategic recommendations;
• maintain a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and market trends.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic, DSP/SSP, or affiliate ecosystems;
• strong understanding of RTB, CPM/CPC/CPA models, tracking, attribution, and analytics;
• experience working with agencies, advertisers, publishers, or ad networks;
• excellent communication and client management skills;
• analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools and campaign dashboards;
• ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously;
• english proficiency required; additional languages are a plus;
