About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Artist with a strong focus on performance optimization and rendering in Unreal Engine 5.
This role sits at the intersection of art, rendering, and engine-level performance, working closely with engineering, art, and design teams to ensure the game runs efficiently across target platforms without compromising visual quality.

You will be responsible for profiling, diagnosing, and fixing performance issues, optimizing rendering features, and helping define scalable visual quality settings for different hardware tiers.

The qualified candidate will work as a member of the platform software development team focused on the database for our customers’ current and future access management appliance.  The platform team is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of the access management appliance that are deployed on premises and in cloud environments.  This role will include the configuration and maintenance of the distributed database in access management appliance; software development for the setup, configuration, and management of multi-appliance enterprises including database replication and networking; analysis and remediation of reported security vulnerabilities; and remediate customer escalations pertaining to the database or replication.

Lagoteam, an IT outstaffing company, is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can build marketing from scratch, shape and optimize our digital presence, and establish a predictable inbound leads flow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed marketing strategy, plans and campaign roadmaps with clear goals and timelines.
• Optimize the Lagoteam website for search visibility, lead capture, and conversions.
• Build and execute inbound marketing activities (content, SEO, social, email, etc.) that increase traffic and lead generation.
• Establish brand awareness and positioning across channels.
• Monitor analytics and reporting (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, lead quality) and adapt strategies to maximize results.

• Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external freelancers or agencies.

   

Job Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in building marketing processes from scratch.
• Experience with website optimization, improving conversions and generating inbound leads.
• Good understanding of SEO and web analytics.
• Ability to create and manage content (website pages, presentations, social media, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs/Semrush, Wordpress, Salesforce or similar CRM, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payment Systems Project Manager to coordinate projects focused on Visa and Mastercard payment systems - from membership to certification and then operational support and compliance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of card payment ecosystems, including authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and compliance mandates from Visa and Mastercard, and an understanding of licensing and membership processes.

You will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, upgrade, or integration of payment systems, working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and compliance teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
 

• Coordinate end-to-end project management for initiatives involving Visa and Mastercard (e.g., memberships, certifications, new product launches, mandate updates).
• Collaborate with payment systems, card processors,  payment gateways, and tech teams to ensure complete alignment and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage stakeholder communications, reporting on timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Oversee compliance with Visa/Mastercard rules and regulations, including mandates.
• Coordinate certification and testing with Visa and Mastercard (e.g., acquiring, e-commerce,  BIN sponsorships).
• Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management for all activities and new systems.
   

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the financial services or payment industry.
• Strong understanding of Visa/Mastercard systems, rules, and integration standards.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving acquiring platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
   

WILL BE A PLUS
 

• Experience with payment gateway services, processing systems, or payment orchestration platforms.
• Technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, and message formats used in payment switching or processing.
