Project Description 

The client's Global Server Support team maintains and operates the Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms that underpin the organisation's infrastructure across multiple regions. Following the departure of a senior team member, we're looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to plug a capacity gap and keep critical workplace and platform services running smoothly through to year-end. The team grew out of on-premises Microsoft computing and has evolved into a combined Azure platform engineering and modern workplace capability, so the role blends both areas rather than being a pure platform-engineering or pure modern-workplace position.

Role Description 

We're looking for a competent, self-sufficient Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the Global Server Support team across both the Modern Workplace (M365) and Azure cloud infrastructure estates. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused — picking up work with minimal supervision and taking routine load off the existing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support across Microsoft 365 and Azure, acting as an escalation point for incidents raised through the Global Service Desk in an ITIL-aligned environment. 
• Work across the full M365 / Modern Workplace stack — Exchange Online, Entra ID and Conditional Access, security and compliance tooling — keeping the environment stable and secure. 
• Support the Azure cloud infrastructure that underpins the development and DevOps work streams (the team does not own network infrastructure and does not perform DevOps itself). Take routine and assigned workplace and platform tasks off the existing team to free up their capacity for higher-priority work. 
• Contribute to problem management and root-cause analysis to deliver lasting fixes, not just quick restores. 
• Monitor capacity, performance, and availability of cloud services, supporting proactive issue detection across the global estate.
• Maintain security compliance across Microsoft cloud services, applying remediations and changes without business disruption. 
• Support scheduled maintenance — patching, upgrades, certificate renewals, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure
• Strong Microsoft background, ideally having progressed from an on-premises infrastructure route into cloud — this foundation matters more than ticking every individual box
• Solid, hands-on M365 / Modern Workplace experience across the platform; the workplace side is where the team most needs support.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure — administration, governance (RBAC, PIM, policy, subscription structure), monitoring, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure Automation for routine operational tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure security hardening, patching, certificate and lifecycle management across a global estate.
• Comfortable within ITIL-aligned processes (incident, problem, change, request fulfilment).
• Self-driven, organised, and effective working remotely, able to manage priorities and operate with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English, able to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within large, complex, distributed organisations across multiple regions and time zones.

About the Project
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer to support a Berlin-based logistics technology product company on a data science project focused on building a production-ready MVP.
The project is currently in an early research / proof-of-concept stage. Initial validation has shown that the concept is technically feasible, and the next step is to bring it from research into a usable MVP that can be integrated into the existing product infrastructure.

What will you do:

• Own the quality and consistency of HR decisions across the company, ensuring they are fair, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
• Build and scale HR as a system — from performance management and PDP to career development, lifecycle standards, and decision-making frameworks.
• Align managers across teams and tribes, creating shared expectations around performance, feedback, and people decisions.
• Turn people data into actions, using engagement, retention, and performance signals to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Develop the HR function and team, building strong HR Specialists, clear competency frameworks, and increasing overall functional maturity.
• Partner with People Operations leaders (TA, People Infrastructure, Head of People) to ensure aligned, non-conflicting people decisions at scale.
   

What do you need to join us:

• 4+ years in a Lead / Head of HR role in fast-growing product or tech companies, with ownership of business-critical people decisions.
• Proven experience driving business outcomes through HR — impacting performance, retention, and team effectiveness, not just processes.
• Strong experience building and scaling HR systems (performance, career development, lifecycle, governance), not only operating them.
• Experience working with multiple teams or org units (100+ people) and aligning different leaders into a consistent approach.
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills — able to challenge leaders, navigate ambiguity, and make tough decisions that impact delivery.
• English — Upper Intermediate+.

Working schedule:

This is a full-time position based in Kyiv with a hybrid setup. We stay flexible, but for this role our focus is on working from the office most of the time — it helps to stay close to context, and most of the team are based in Kyiv.

This particular team works closely with R&D, automating lab and scientific workflows: building web applications that capture, integrate and surface research data, and the services and integrations behind them. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and deliver these applications, take ownership of meaningful parts of the system, and contribute to the technical decisions that shape them. As the scope of our work continues to grow, we want an experienced developer who can move comfortably across the stack and raise the quality of what we ship. 

What you'll do 

• Build across the stack. Design, develop and support web applications end to end — frontend interfaces and the backend services and APIs behind them. Build new features, improve existing functionality, and keep the codebase healthy as it grows. 
• Integrate data and services. Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party services and enterprise data sources. Much of the value in lab-automation work comes from reliably getting data in and out of systems, so robust, well-tested integrations matter. 
• Improve performance and reliability. Profile and tune applications, address bottlenecks, and make deliberate choices that keep systems fast, stable and maintainable over the long life of a client engagement. 
• Shape technical decisions. Participate in technical discussions, contribute to architectural choices, review code and support other developers. We want someone who improves the team, not just their own output. 
• Apply AI where it earns its place. Most of our work here is solid full-stack engineering, but AI shows up where it genuinely helps — LLMs for making sense of unstructured data, and the occasional GenAI project between lab-automation engagements. We have also trained a computer-vision model for one engagement. You don't need a machine-learning background, but curiosity about applying these tools well is a real plus. 

What we're looking for 

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development — you can own a feature from database to UI. 
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions. 
• Solid experience with Python on the backend. 
• Strong TypeScript and experience with React or Vue on the frontend. 
• Comfortable writing and maintaining automated tests (Vitest, Pytest, or equivalents). 
• Experience working with relational databases — MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. 
• A good understanding of REST APIs and how to design and integrate them well. 
• Fluency with Git and modern development workflows. 
• Experience with Docker and containerization. 
• Basic AWS or other Cloud infrastructure experience. 
• Upper-intermediate English or above, sufficient for day-to-day communication and technical discussion. 

Nice to have 

• Exposure to AI-related features — LLM integrations, RAG, or AI-powered workflows. 
• Any machine-learning or computer-vision experience.

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer focused on delivery — someone who turns a design into a working, reliable system and ships it. You’ll be strong enough to take a small AI project or proof-of-concept and deliver it largely on your own, and equally comfortable working as part of a team on medium-to-large engagements. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role; the emphasis is on building. 

What you’ll do 

• Build and ship. Develop production-grade web applications with AI integration — frontend, backend services and the APIs that connect them. Implement RAG and semantic-search flows, agent orchestration, document/data connectors, and the surrounding application logic. 
• Own delivery of smaller projects end to end. Take a PoC or small AI project from the agreed approach to a working, validated deliverable largely on your own — making sound implementation decisions as you go and flagging the ones that need input. 
• Contribute on larger teams. On medium-to-large projects, own your part of the system, integrate cleanly with other engineers, and keep your components reliable. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to implementation decisions within an agreed architecture. 
• Make AI systems reliable, not just demoable. Handle context windows, token and latency constraints, error and failure modes, and the accuracy/traceability requirements that matter in regulated work. Test what you build, including the behavior of the AI parts. 
• Integrate and connect. Design and consume REST APIs, integrate third-party AI models and enterprise data sources (external APIs, document ingestion, SharePoint and similar), and wire up authentication where needed. 
• Support the team. Review code, share patterns, and help teammates when needed. 

What we’re looking for 

• Strong experience (5 years plus) building and shipping production software full-stack, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real applications (at least 1 year). 
• Solid LLM engineering skills: RAG, embeddings and vector search, prompt-engineering patterns, and at least some exposure to multi-agent orchestration. You understand how to make an AI feature behave reliably, not just produce a good first demo. 
• Backend: Python and/or Node.js.  
• Frontend: React, Next.js and/or Vue (component design, state management). 
• Data: SQL, NoSQL and vector databases. 
• Good understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, Git and branching workflows. 
• Cloud familiarity with at least one major platform — AWS/Bedrock, GCP/Vertex AI or Azure/OpenAI — and the services that back AI workloads. 
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a deliverable, while also collaborating well inside a team. 
• Effective usage of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot and the like). 
• English sufficient for day-to-day team communication and technical discussion.

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy domains — healthcare, life sciences, finance — where audit trails and careful data handling matter.
