- Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases for REST APIs.
- Ensure end-to-end integration testing across backend services, third-party APIs, and client applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Apply basic OOP concepts when working with automated test frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and integration testing for web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Continuously advocate for QA improvements, test coverage, and quality metrics.
What You need to know:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2+ years in a Senior/Lead role.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field(computer science or applied mathematics, IT).
- Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured or similar).
- Practical knowledge of HTTP, JSON, XML, authentication (OAuth, JWT, API keys).
- Familiarity with SQL/Mongo DB.
- Hands-on experience with web testing (desktop & responsive) and mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting in at least one language
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles (inheritance, encapsulation, abstraction, polymorphism).
- Strong skills in test planning, reporting, and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming (betting/casino) is a must, preferably with an understanding of the specifics of support and retention work;
- Experience working with Tier 3 markets (Africa is a big plus) - understanding of local specifics, player characteristics, Mentality and communication channels;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support services (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar);
- Understanding of SLAs and support metrics (average response time, ticket resolution time, CSAT, NPS, First Contact Resolution);
- Skills in analyzing player requests and transmitting structured feedback to marketing, product, and payment systems;
- Experience writing/adapting scripts for operators and developing knowledge bases (FAQs);
