Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic engagement with a Top 20 global pharmaceutical company. The role will work closely with Ivy Tech, our client, and internal product teams to help shape and deliver digital solutions that support global healthcare data platforms.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and technical product teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, translated into technical specifications, and implemented effectively.

This role requires someone with strong analytical capability, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, combined with experience working in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and product teams to translate business needs into digital solutions
  
   
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution definition across complex digital initiatives
  
   
• Analyse internal and external business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  
   
• Translate business requirements into functional and application-level requirements for engineering and product teams.
  
   
• Document the relationships between end users, business processes, data, and applications.
  
   
• Support the delivery of data-driven digital platforms that serve healthcare and life sciences stakeholders.s
  
   
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  
   
• Contribute to project planning, product strategy, and delivery oversight.

Required Experience

• Senior-level Business Analyst experience (7+ years preferred)
  
   
• Proven experience working in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare data environments (mandatory)
  
   
• Strong ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
  
   
• Experience working with digital platforms, data-driven systems, or enterprise applications
  
   
• Strong understanding of business processes, data structures, and system interactions
  
   
• Experience working in Agile product environments
  
   
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  
   
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  
   
• Comfortable working in client-facing or consulting environments

Project Context

The Business Analyst will support the development and optimisation of a platform that serves as a trusted source of truth for global healthcare professionals (HCPs), clinical, scientific, and research information, enabling improved data access and insights for life sciences companies, payers, providers, and patients.

Location: Remote (US Working Hours Required)
Hours: 8am - 8pm Austin Time /CDT

We’re hiring highly motivated reps to answer phones and set appointments for a moving company. While experience in the moving industry is welcomed, it is not required. As an Appointment Setter, you will engage with new customers, follow up with prospective customers, and set appointments to close moving services bookings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with Clients: Interact with new and existing clients to close bookings.
• Customer Expectations: Set goals to surpass customer expectations by working closely with top management to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Needs Assessment: Contact new and existing customers to discuss their moving needs and preferences.
• Service Information: Provide detailed information and answer questions about moving services, including pricing, schedules, and logistics. Discuss their moving needs and preferences.
• Client Management System: Maintain and update contact lists in the Company’s customer database.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering advice on the moving process.
• Moving Process Guidance: Advise customers on packing tips, moving day preparation, and other related moving process steps to ensure a smooth experience.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers to ensure all their questions are answered and assist in scheduling appointments.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changing business needs and perform specific tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Russian
• Experience: 1-year experience in sales or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
• Organization: Highly organized and able to multitask, detail-oriented.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Tech-savvy and able to use CRM software.

What will you do:

• Design and iterate on web funnels, onboarding flows, paywalls, and upsells — everything that drives conversion.
• Constantly look for growth opportunities: analyze competitor funnels, audit current user experience, and find where the product can grow faster.
• Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, read results, decide what’s next.
• Work closely with PMs, marketers, and developers to ship experiments fast.
• Maintain and extend design system components for growth surfaces.
   

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years in Product or Growth Design.
• Strong UI skills and solid grasp of mobile and web patterns.
• Experience with A/B testing — not just designing variants, but understanding results.
• Clear communication: you can explain why a solution will work, not just what it looks like.
• English Upper-Intermediate.

Would be a big plus:

• Understanding of PMM and growth marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
