About the Role
 

We’re looking for a creative junior who writes clearly and naturally, understands TikTok/UGC culture, and wants to grow in creative strategy.
 

You’ll join Bitte’s creative team and work on content for TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube Shorts, and UGC projects.

• Generate ideas, angles, and concepts for UGC and short-form ad videos.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, and AWS, contribute to feature development, improve system architecture, and ensure high code quality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs;
- Integrate the system with external APIs (authentication flows, data exchange, webhooks, rate limits);
