Leowix Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Accountant to support a U.S.-based accounting firm that provides bookkeeping and financial reporting services to small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
 

This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and helping improve accounting workflows and reporting quality.
 

This is a non-client-facing role working directly with the CPA and internal team.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Maintain QuickBooks Online files for multiple clients
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries (accruals, prepaids, deferred revenue)
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Clean and organize client financial data
• Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives
 

Schedule:

Part-time initially with ~4 hours daily overlap with U.S. Central Time.

We’re looking for a middle-level marketing generalist (2–3 years). You won’t be doing “everything at once” — you’ll focus on one area at a time, ship improvements, then move to the next.

Main focus: organic growth (SEO + content).

Secondary: community + listings + brand presence.

What you’ll do

• Grow organic traffic and sign-ups via SEO and SEO-optimized content (research → briefs → publish → update)
• Track competitors + keywords regularly and turn insights into actions (topics, pages, messaging)
• Improve CTR and conversion on key pages (titles/snippets, landing pages, lightweight CRO iterations)
• Build brand presence through helpful participation in relevant threads/communities (Reddit, forums, groups, boards)
• Grow our Reddit community (content cadence, discussions, moderation support, feedback loop)
• Find new listings/directories/review platforms, and push HelpWire higher in existing listings

Improve HelpWire’s visibility in AI-driven discovery: structured content, getting cited, listings/listicles, “best tools” comparisons

How we’ll measure success

Tools

GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs (or similar), Jira; plus email/CRO tools when needed (SendPulse, CrazyEgg, or alternatives).

Team & process

• Report to a Product Marketing Lead
• 2-week sprints, tasks in Jira
• Fast approvals/feedback in messenger
• Calls only for sprint planning + demos; daily updates are text/async
• You’ll have support from teammates + adjacent teams (copy, design, dev)

What we need

• 2–3 years in digital marketing (SaaS/tech is a plus)
• Solid base across SEO, content, analytics, and community/distribution
• You can work independently, prioritize, and ship without hand-holding
• English B1+
