About the role:
We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team and help us build a pipeline for IoT data. The system ingests streams, stores data in a shared layer, and integrates with CV/AI engines for preprocessing and inference. The engineer will build and maintain the pipeline, but will not be responsible for model fine-tuning. Fine-tuning will be performed separately using SageMaker.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the pipeline for IoT data, including ingestion, processing, and integration layers.
- Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, SageMaker, and at least one NoSQL database (DynamoDB or MongoDB).
- Integrate with CV/AI engines in Python, ensuring configurable model loading and runtime selection.
- Implement the data flow architecture with reliable lifecycle management and backpressure handling.
- Ensure production readiness on Linux, with observability, logging, metrics, and robust error handling.

We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Platform Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale AI-powered interactive products.
This is a hands-on role for an engineer who owns deployment, infrastructure, real-time systems, and AI-service integration end to end. You will work on production systems that combine web applications, real-time communication, Kubernetes-based backend services, and GPU-hosted AI pipelines.
The core of this role is production reliability and deployment ownership — keeping live systems stable, responding to incidents, and integrating AI models into scalable real-time infrastructure. Frontend work exists but is secondary: the team has a designer and uses AI-assisted tooling for UI iteration.

Responsibilities:
- Own deployment, environment management, and release workflows across Kubernetes-based, Railway-hosted, and other cloud infrastructure.
- Respond to production incidents, perform rollbacks, and restore service stability, including outside business hours.
- Deploy and operate AI inference services on GPU platforms such as Modal or RunPod and integrate them into real-time product flows.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and successfully filling technical and business roles in an IT company or agency;
• Experience working with international markets and sourcing candidates globally is a strong advantage;
• Experience working in a product company, especially in the field of Embedded development, is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience working with ATS systems and effective candidate sourcing strategies;
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher;
• Ability to build long-term relationships with team leaders, managers, and other stakeholders, taking into account their needs, values, and goals to organize the hiring process.

We are looking for a B2C Product Manager who understands how consumer products grow, retain users, and drive engagement through behavioral mechanics.

The role focuses on building and optimizing engagement mechanics, onboarding flows, gamification logic, and user journeys inside loyalty ecosystems used by consumer products.
 

Main requirements

• 3–6+ years as Product Manager / Product Owner
• Experience working on B2C products (mobile apps, fintech, gaming, marketplaces, social platforms, Web3 apps)
• Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, and activation mechanics
• Strong understanding of: AARRR metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), onboarding funnels, behavioral design, gamification mechanics, loyalty and reward systems, referral programs, segmentation, and experiments (A/B testing)
• Basic understanding of: APIs and integrations, event-driven product architecture, product analytics tools, experimentation frameworks
• Preferred experience with: Jira / Figma

Main responsibilities

• Own the B2C engagement experience within Enable3 loyalty widgets and loyalty components system
• Design user journeys and engagement mechanics (missions, quests, rewards, referrals, gamification)
• Improve user activation and retention flows for consumer users
• Work closely with engineering on product requirements and delivery
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze user behavior and optimize product flows
• Launch experiments and A/B tests to improve engagement metrics
• Collaborate with design to improve the UX of loyalty widgets and dashboards
