We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Family office team that is based in 4 different countries (Ukraine, UK, Cyprus, UAE) with the main office in Cyprus to oversee the HR
function for the whole business unit. As the sole HR professional in this unit, you will manage and execute all aspects of HR, including onboarding, documentation, employee relations, performance management, benefits, events and other. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR colleagues from other business units to share knowledge and ensure alignment of HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
β Manage and execute onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
β Manage cooperation with a recruiter (vendor), perform recruiting of particular roles if necessary.
β Support employee relocations and settling-in services.
β Create HR-related policies, procedures, and instructions.
β Oversee employee benefits and monitor staff performance.
β Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
β Organize team- building activities and foster workplace engagement.
β Manage employee documents and ensure legal compliance.
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and administer the HR system.
β Define and execute the learning and development programs to support employee
growth, upskilling, and career advancement, ensuring that training initiatives align with
organizational goals.
β Collaborate with HR colleagues from other business units to ensure strategic alignment.
β Execute other HR-related activities as assigned.
Requirements:
β Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a business unit with
regionally distributed teams.
β Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and employment laws.
β Experience with compensation, benefits administration, and employee rewards
programs.
β Proven ability to design and implement Learning and Development programs to support
employee growth, skill enhancement, and career development.
β Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documents and
compliance-related matters.
β Ability to plan and execute team-building activities and support employee relocations.
β Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and manage employee
relations effectively.
β Proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling HR matters.

β Experience working with Family Office - based organizations could be Plus.

- Proven expertise in test planning, execution of functional and non-functional test cases, and defect reporting.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into test specifications, including preparation of edge cases and comprehensive test coverage.
- Hands-on experience testing both web and desktop applications.
- Proficiency in using virtual machines for software testing environments.
- Solid knowledge of browser developer tools (e.g., Console, Network, Application tabs).
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Postman for API testing.
- Basic understanding of databases (querying and validation).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong product-oriented mindset with attention to user value and business impact.
- Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
