Your Role
As a Financial Manager, you will play a key role in controlling and improving financial operations, ensuring compliance, and streamlining financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and improve financial operations across multi-entity structures (UK, Poland, Ukraine).
Ensure accurate and timely multi-entity accounting entries and categorization in Quickbooks Online and compliance with unified accounting policies adopted by the company.
Manage and coordinate outsourced accounting partners in different jurisdictions, ensuring quality and efficiency.

What Weβre Looking For
3+ years of management experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling (preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company).
Strong experience in multi-entity financial operations and cross-border reporting.
Hands-on experience with Quickbooks Online (XERO).
Hands-on experience managing outsourced accounting teams.
Deep understanding of financial processes, compliance and internal controls.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.
Experience with financial automation tools and SaaS finance best practices is a plus.
Knowledge of Stripe and other SaaS-related payment processors is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish or Ukrainian is a bonus.

What Youβll Do:
- Solve business problems with AI/ML/LLM/GenAI β frame questions, choose methods, deliver insights.
- Build ML pipelinesβ―β automate training, validation, deployment, and model monitoring.
- Using existing industry libraries or helping us create and train our own model when needed
- Use the GCP stack β―β BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Airflow/Composer, DBT, Celigo, Python + any tool you would recommend to use, we're open for PoC/experiments.
- Guard quality & uptimeβ―β add tests, validation, and alerting; fix issues fast.
- Document everythingβ―β pipelines, models, and processes.
- Keep learningβ―β track new tools and best practices.
Must have:
- 4+β―yrs handsβon AI/ML pipelines/models experience.
- Experience with BigQuery warehouse design and scaling.
- Experience with SQL, Python, DBT, Git;
- Problemβsolver who works well solo or with a team.
- Clear communicator with nonβtechnical partners.
- Bachelorβs in CS, MIS, CIS, or equivalent experience.
Good to have:
- Talend, Fivetran, or similar ETL tools.
- Strong dataβmodeling skills (star, snowflake, normalization).
- Solid grasp of Data Lake vs. Data Warehouse concepts.
