Arounda is a design & development partner for enterprise platform modernization. Founded in 2016, we’re a multidisciplinary team of product designers, UX strategists, and front-end engineers.
Over the past 10 years, we've delivered 500+ platform initiatives for enterprises, SMEs, and Fortune 500 companies, including WordPress, Chalhoub Group, Greif, Player's Health, Myso Finance, and others.

This role is focused on keeping multiple marketing processes moving, coordinating internal and external contributors, working with marketing tools and data, and making sure ongoing activities are executed consistently and on time.
This is a hands-on coordination role. You don’t need to be a deep expert in one specific marketing channel, but you should be comfortable working across different areas and keeping 10+ parallel processes under control.

What you’ll do:

• Support the team in executing ongoing marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate social media and portfolio activity across platforms such as Dribbble, Behance, and other relevant channels.
• Work with marketing automation and productivity tools such as Buffer, Make, and Zapier.
• Work with CRM, UTM tracking, and basic marketing attribution to keep campaigns and lead sources properly tracked.
• Coordinate SEO and development-related marketing tasks: prepare briefs, communicate requirements, follow up on progress, and make sure tasks are completed.
• Coordinate freelancers and external contractors: prepare briefs, communicate requirements, review deliverables, and perform basic quality control.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and Google Sheets and turn data into clear observations and next steps.
• Assist with campaign and marketing activity analysis, tracking key results and identifying areas that need attention.
• Coordinate basic operational tasks related to external contractors, including payment-related communication and follow-ups.
• Keep marketing processes, tasks, assets, and deadlines organized across multiple initiatives.

• Support the implementation of new marketing processes and tools when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in marketing, digital operations, or an agency environment.
• Practical experience with Buffer, Make/Zapier, or similar tools.
• Working understanding of CRM systems, UTM tracking, and marketing attribution.
• Experience coordinating SEO or development-related tasks, including preparing briefs and following up on execution.
• Experience working with freelancers or external contractors: briefing, reviewing deliverables, and basic QC.
• Confident working with Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar dashboards. You should be able not only to read numbers but also to formulate conclusions from them.
• Basic understanding of coordinating payments and administrative processes with contractors.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills. You can keep track of multiple parallel processes without losing important details.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently with ambiguous or changing tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different people and teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience in an IT, digital, or outsourcing environment will be a plus.

What we offer:

• Interesting international projects.
• Market-level compensation depending on experience and level.
• Flexible working hours: 8:00/12:00 to 16:00/20:00.
• Partial compensation for education and professional training.
• A well-coordinated and supportive team.
• Remote-first work environment.

We look forward to receiving your CV. A cover letter is optional and not required.

As our client's data business grows, the Data Division's AI Platform Services team is building applications and platforms for customers using data in AI and ML projects. As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, you will build the APIs, services, integrations, and data-access systems behind those products. About Us

We're hiring on behalf of our partner — a company that powers the operations behind regulated and high-risk industries.

They give fast-moving businesses in these spaces the structure, compliance and talent they need to scale — without slowing down.

About the Role

You'll be the central legal contact for clients, external advisers, regulators and internal teams. You'll also help build the company's Legal & Licensing Department from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities

1. Licensing & Regulatory Project Delivery

• Manage each legal and licensing project from preparation to approval, covering MSB, MiCA, EMI, PSP, FSP and similar regimes across several jurisdictions.
• Coordinate external lawyers, regulatory consultants, corporate service providers and clients. Communicate directly with regulators on current and upcoming cases.
• Review and oversee applications, legal opinions, AML/KYC policies, compliance materials and supporting documents, including their ongoing maintenance.
• Track deadlines and requirements, identify gaps and lead responses to regulator questions.
• Diagnose stalled applications, find what's missing and resolve anything likely to cause delays.
• Handle regulatory and operational issues with banks and authorities, including payment restrictions and stuck funds.
• Work with client and internal IT teams on technical, security and infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor global regulatory changes and turn them into clear, actionable guidance for clients and internal teams.

2. Department Build-Out & Leadership

• Set up and structure the Legal & Licensing Department.
• Recruit, train and supervise a junior legal associate.
• Develop scalable internal procedures, templates and project-tracking systems.
• Align legal and regulatory priorities with client needs, working with other internal teams.

3. Corporate & Contract Support

• Draft, review and negotiate service, partnership and vendor agreements and other commercial documents.
• Draft and manage contracts for larger e-commerce and corporate clients.
• Support international incorporations, corporate structuring and ongoing entity management. This includes managing global incorporations, working with local incorporators and acting as master agent to secure the best terms and rates.
• Provide corporate legal support for new ventures, structures and continuing client relationships.
• Maintain oversight of global entities and their compliance documentation.
• Ensure all policies, structures and documents meet the relevant regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

Essential

• A law degree or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience (ideally 3–5+) in financial regulation, fintech, payments, crypto or regulatory consultancy.
• Hands-on experience managing licensing or registration projects (MSB, MiCA, EMI, PSP, VASP, CASP). Our partner wants candidates who have run applications, not only advised on them.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and financial regulatory requirements.
• A proven record in contract drafting, corporate structuring and international incorporation management.
• A basic understanding of international tax and holding-entity structuring, or the ability to build that knowledge quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with clear communication toward regulators, clients and international stakeholders.
• A strategic, commercial mindset that treats licensing as a driver of client growth, not a compliance checkbox.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple international projects independently without losing detail.
• Comfort with high autonomy and ownership. You'll build a department rather than follow an existing process, and you'll treat every case and client relationship as a reflection of your own work.

What the Role Offers

• Ownership of live international licensing projects (MiCA, EMI, MSB and more) with real regulatory exposure.
• Work across multiple regulatory frameworks with global clients and regulators.
• Leadership of a newly created department, with significant autonomy and direct impact. You'll build the process rather than inherit one.
• A place in a fast-growing international consultancy, where your scope expands as the department grows.

●Write production Python code for ETL / ELT pipelines
●Design PostgreSQL databases and tune them: schemas, indexes, query speed
●Build pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) or Azure, depending on the client
●Set up incremental loads, scheduling, logging, alerts, and backfills
●Prepare clean tables for Power BI and Looker Studio reports
●Write automated tests for Python pipelines
●Document pipelines, tables, and design decisions

Required Skills:
●Strong Python for data engineering: API calls, file processing, database connections, pandas

●Clear documentation
●English skills (B1-B2), both written & spoken

Important! You must be able to showcase 2-4 past projects - ideally Python pipelines, PostgreSQL databases, or cloud data platforms you've built end-to-end. Be ready to walk us through the architecture, your Python and PostgreSQL design decisions, and the challenges you solved.

Data Science UA is a service company with deep expertise in AI and Data Science. Our story started in 2016 with the first Data Science UA Conference in Kyiv, and since then, we've built one of the largest AI communities in Europe.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to the our client’s team.

We are looking for someone who has industrialized recruitment before - built the process, the sourcing engine and the metrics — and who moves quickly. The hiring volume ahead is significant: commercial teams are scaling, new departments are being formed and several first-line leadership roles are open.

Responsibilities:
- Design the end-to-end hiring process: requisition, role profile, funnel, assessment stages, decision, offer, start.
- Agree service levels with hiring managers and hold both sides to them.
- Build and lead the recruitment team, structured by hiring type.
- Implement and embed an applicant tracking system as the single source of truth.
- Volume hiring: branch and operations staff, contact centre agents, commercial roles.
- Leadership and specialist hiring: team leads, department heads, business line directors, scarce expert roles.
- Build the sourcing engine: direct search, referral programme, agency management, regional and international pipelines.
- Personally run first-line leadership searches.
- Own the hiring metrics: time to fill, stage conversion, cost per hire, probation pass rate, quality of hire.
- Enable hiring managers: role profiles, structured interviews, assessment criteria, interview training.
- Candidate experience and feedback discipline.
- Employer brand, jointly with HR and marketing.

Requirements:
Must have:
- 7+ years in recruitment, including 3+ years leading a recruitment team.
- Built or fundamentally rebuilt a recruitment function — process, tooling, metrics and team.
- Both volume and leadership hiring in the same role. These are different disciplines and this position requires both.
- Implemented an applicant tracking system and built hiring reporting on top of it.
- Track record of shortening time to fill with evidence — before and after numbers.
- Strong hiring manager management: setting requirements, running calibration, pushing back on scope creep.
- Working knowledge of the Ukrainian labour market, including regions.
- Working English.

Nice to have:
- Hiring in financial services or a retail branch network
- International hiring for new markets
- Built a referral programme that produced measurable volume
- Experience with modern sourcing tooling and automation

What offers:
- A function to build rather than inherit
- Significant and growing hiring volume across all levels
- Budget for tooling and team
- Direct influence on the group's growth plans

We’re looking for an experienced developer to build an AI assistant that users can interact with through text messaging. The assistant will connect to our existing database, answer questions using our information, handle follow-up questions, and send personalized news updates based on users’ interests.

The experience we’re aiming for is similar to texting an assistant like Instinct or Muse, with a focused scope: answering questions using our existing database and delivering personalized news updates.

Are you energized by walking into a client’s operation, finding the workflow that’s actually holding them back, and rebuilding it so AI handles the parts that don’t need a person? At Sigma Software, we don’t just add AI on top of existing processes  we redesign how the work gets done, with AI built into the operating logic from day one.

We’re looking for a Forward AI Deployment Engineer to own that redesign end to end: embedded with the client, hands-on with whatever automation the workflow actually needs, and accountable for turning a real operational problem into something running in production not a demo, not a pilot. Each engagement is built to leave something behind for the next one patterns, infrastructure, governance that already held up in production  so the second engagement doesn’t start from zero, and the tenth looks nothing like the first.

Requirements

• Proven experience taking AI systems from prototype to production inside a real operating environment, not just in a lab or sandbox.
• You treat LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines as tools for redesigning how work gets done, not as the deliverable — and you’re strong and current enough with all of them to actually use them that way.
• Comfort mapping decision logic that’s partly undocumented, and judgment about where automation should stop and human accountability should start.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management — able to advise a client directly and escalate without being asked.

  Responsibilities

• Embed directly with the client’s operational team to find the workflow that’s actually costing them time, quality, or money before recommending any tooling.
• Own the redesign end to end: rework the decision flow and handoffs around AI, then take the resulting system into production yourself.
• Translate a vague, cross-functional business problem into a concrete technical plan the client’s team can actually execute against.
• Prototype fast enough to show the client what’s possible, then build only the parts of that prototype the redesigned workflow actually needs.
• Where the redesign calls for it, build the agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or custom data pipelines that make it real never a deliverable in itself, always because the workflow needs it running in production.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across the client’s org, escalating early and requesting support before a blocker becomes a delay.
• Build up the client’s own team alongside the system pair with their people, explain the reasoning behind each decision, and leave them able to run and improve what you built after you’ve moved to the next engagement.
• Build the feedback loop from day one  telemetry, evaluation pipelines, human-in-the-loop review — so the system keeps improving after you’ve moved on.
