• 3+ years in employer branding, HR marketing, or a related field
• Strong content creation skills across formats: copy, visuals, short-form video

Our client operates community and specialty hospitals, a managed care organization, a physician network, community health centers, and home care and other health-related entities in the United States. The Research Portal — one of the internal products — is a web-based application with over 10,000 current users developed for the entire research community to review, monitor, and manage research portfolio. The team works on building and enhancing data pipelines, implementing reporting logic, ensuring data validation and reconciliation, and supporting the generation of complex regulatory outputs.
The project is delivered by a global distributed team with colleagues located in Ukraine, Poland, and the US, offering close collaboration with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
