About the Role

The Driver Manager is responsible for managing and supporting company drivers while ensuring effective communication between drivers, the Operations team, and the company.

You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned drivers, helping resolve operational issues, coordinating routes and home-time requests, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires balancing drivers’ needs with the company’s operational goals, profitability, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned drivers and maintain strong professional relationships with them.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, safety, and compliance.
• Communicate load instructions clearly and ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with planners to build efficient routes while considering driver home-time requests and company profitability.

We are looking for an experienced Director of SEO, AEO, and GEO to lead the development and execution of organic search strategies for our US-based clients.

This role combines traditional SEO leadership with emerging approaches to Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization. The Director will oversee technical, on-page, off-page, content, and local SEO initiatives while helping clients improve their visibility across traditional search results, Google AI Overviews, and generative AI platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate business goals into measurable SEO plans, guide cross-functional teams, and clearly communicate recommendations and results to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead SEO strategies aligned with client business goals, target markets, and growth priorities.
• Oversee technical, on-page, off-page, content, and local SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts.
• Establish priorities, performance goals, workflows, and KPIs for SEO projects.
• Lead and mentor SEO team members while coordinating work across content, development, digital PR, social media, and other marketing functions.
• Review SEO campaigns and adjust strategies based on rankings, organic traffic, conversions, leads, and other performance data.
• Oversee technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, website architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile performance.
• Guide keyword research, content architecture, semantic SEO, entity optimization, internal linking, and E-E-A-T initiatives.
• Develop strategies to improve local search and Google Business Profile performance for service-based businesses targeting US cities and service areas.
• Expand organic visibility through AEO and GEO strategies focused on AI Overviews, answer engines, and platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Monitor brand visibility, citations, recommendation frequency, and sentiment across AI-powered search platforms.

• Monitor search industry developments, Google algorithm updates, AI search behavior, and new optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SEO experience, including experience developing and executing successful organic search strategies.
• Previous experience leading SEO projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and local SEO.
• Experience working with US-based companies or websites targeting the US market.
• Understanding of AEO and GEO, including how AI-powered search platforms retrieve, summarize, cite, and recommend online content.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant SEO tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear priorities and actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data, and Core Web Vitals as they relate to SEO.
• Experience collaborating with content, development, marketing, digital PR, and client service teams.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate confidently in writing, during internal discussions, and in client meetings.
