About the Role

This is not a traditional Tech Lead role focused on a single long-term project.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead —someone who can quickly join different client projects, establish engineering standards, lead development teams, and independently own technical decisions from day one.

Depending on business needs, you’ll either:

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.

Support works in shifts: 8 hours a day, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

What you’ll do

• Build and cluster semantic cores for multiple verticals.
• Lead on-page and off-page optimization to drive measurable growth.
• Maintain clear analytics and reporting for cross-functional teams.
• Test new ideas, develop hypotheses, and validate them quickly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and editors.
• Create technical requirements for developers and content teams.

What we’re looking for

• Strong command of Arabic and English.
• Proven SEO experience in competitive niches (iGaming experience is a strong plus, but not required).
• Understanding of user behavior signals and search engine quality filters.
• Strategic thinking, strong organization skills, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Serpstat, Netpeak Spider, Screaming Frog, SEO PowerSuite, KeyCollector, or KeyAssort.
