As we scale, we are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Support & Success to build and lead our Customer Support function, ensuring first-class service, operational efficiency, and player satisfaction.

Your Mission:

As the Head of Customer Support & Success, you will design, lead, and optimize the Customer Support operations to ensure an efficient, proactive, and scalable structure. You will champion the customer experience, drive retention, and build loyalty while integrating cutting-edge technologies and data-driven processes.

Your key responsibilities:

✅ Develop and manage a world-class, lean, and technology-driven Customer Support department.
✅ Lead technical implementations, organizational design, and control functions for the support team.
✅ Recruit, train, mentor, and continuously develop a high-performing, multilingual support team.
✅ Foster collaboration with platform providers, development teams, and third-party partners.
✅ Continuously enhance the player experience, drive engagement, and facilitate organic growth.
✅ Design and roll out customer-centric, transparent policies, procedures, and standards.
✅ Launch and refine critical processes, including:
• Player acquisition and conversion via Live Chat, Phone, SMS, Messaging Apps (with payment method suggestions).
• Upsell and cross-sell strategies with scripts and coaching.
• Player retention, reactivation, and loyalty workflows.
• Emergency and exceptional situation handling protocols.
• Critical issues escalation, resolution, and reporting processes.
✅ Build and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base for onboarding, training, and operations.
✅ Define, monitor, and report on core and secondary KPIs for the Customer Support function.
✅ Drive data-informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven leadership experience in Customer Support/Success within the iGaming industry, with a focus on European T1/T2 markets.
✔ Strong understanding of Curacao licensing requirements and compliance in customer service.
✔ Track record of building and scaling efficient, tech-enabled support teams.
✔ Expertise in implementing CRM, Live Chat, Telephony, and omni-channel support solutions.
✔ Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience developing KPI frameworks and reporting structures.
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
✔ Player-centric approach, combining empathy with commercial acumen.
✔ Familiarity with best practices from leading iGaming operators is a plus.
✔ Upper Intermediate in English; additional European languages are a bonus.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Upwork Sales / SDR to own client communication, qualification, deal shaping, and closing on Upwork.

This role works with warm inbound leads generated through Upwork profiles and bids.
You are responsible not only for responding to clients and closing deals, but also for actively managing and improving the performance of assigned Upwork profiles as a revenue asset.

This is not classic outbound sales and not a chat-only SDR role.
This is a full ownership role inside a marketplace environment.

👉 What You’ll Do

1. Upwork Client Communication & Sales

• Handle all incoming client responses on assigned Upwork profiles;
• Maintain fast and consistent response times;
• Qualify leads via chat and calls;
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients;
• Shape scope, budget ranges, and next steps;

• Close deals or move leads into structured follow-ups.

   

2. Upwork Profile Ownership & Performance

• Own the performance of assigned Upwork profiles;
• Monitor profile metrics (views, invitations, response rate, lead quality);
• Continuously improve: profile positioning, service descriptions, portfolio, and case presentation;
• Initiate and collect client reviews;

• Treat the profile as a sales funnel, not a static page.

   

3. Deal Quality & Risk Control

• Avoid technical or delivery overpromising;
• Identify unrealistic scope, timelines, or budgets early;
• Protect the delivery team from poorly qualified deals;

• Ensure consistency between profile positioning, communication, and proposals.

   

4. CRM & Sales Discipline

• Maintain accurate deal stages in CRM (Pipedrive);
• Log key deal information and next steps;
• Keep the pipeline clean and up to date;

• Provide feedback on lead quality and profile performance.

   

5. Company Knowledge & Positioning

• Deep understanding of WeSoftYou:
• Portfolio and case studies (Living Security, ProUnitas, Miami Dolphins, F1, DocuSign-like platform, etc.).
• Key vertical expertise (EdTech, FinTech, AI, Web3, MVP).
• Differentiators and process: Discovery → D&D → Delivery → QA → Support.
• Pricing models: Fixed price, T&M, Outstaff, Packages.

• Ability to pitch WSY confidently in perfect English, both written and spoken.

   

6. Communication & Professionalism

• Keep a positive, proactive attitude with clients and internal teams.
• Manage time zones (US/EU) and ensure availability for calls as needed.

• Present clean, structured, grammar-perfect communication.

   

7. Process Adherence & Collaboration

• Follow internal sales frameworks and qualification logic;
• Work closely with Lead Generation and Marketing teams;
• Provide actionable feedback to improve Upwork positioning and lead quality;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Upwork sales channel.

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally within a software development company (B2B).
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, CRM, and lead qualification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team for high performance.

• English fluency (С1), both written and spoken.
