Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support in a small office environment. The core infrastructure is already in place (Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Kandji), and the focus will be on user support, endpoint management, optimization, and continuous fine-tuning.

You will be the primary point of contact for IT requests, supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints for on-site and remote users, while ensuring security, stability, and a great user experience.

Responsibilities

1. Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID)

We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to sell SEO services, expand our client base, and maximize recurring revenue.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the full sales cycle: ICP research → prospecting/outreach → discovery → solution design (audit, roadmap, packages) → proposal/SOW → negotiation → closing → smooth handover to Project Management.
• Packaging and selling service lines: technical SEO, content SEO, link building (outreach/guest posts/crowd), and comprehensive SEO programs.
• Researching target accounts and building qualified pipelines.
• Running demos and value-driven presentations; handling objections and iterating offers.
• Coordinating closely with delivery teams to align scope, timelines, KPIs, and ROI narratives.
• Maintaining clean CRM, accurate forecasting, and weekly funnel reporting.
• Driving cross-sell/upsell and account growth.
• Opening opportunities via email/LinkedIn and at industry conferences (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, SBC, etc.).
  
   

What We Expect:

• 3–5 years in sales with 1–2 years in B2B.
• 1–2 years in high-risk niches (ideally iGaming; fintech/crypto also relevant).
• Based in Europe (must).
• Proven strength in at least 2 of 3: lead generation, closing, account management.
• Working knowledge of iGaming market.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, spoken and written.
• Confident with CRMs and Google Workspace; strong communication and negotiation skills; persistent, goal-driven, team-oriented.

We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager / Affiliate Manager to grow our network of partners and maximize the revenue potential of our SEO traffic.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing relationships with existing affiliates and acquiring new ones
• Monitoring offer performance, analyzing conversion data, and suggesting improvements
• Coordinating with partners to test new offers, GEOs, and landing pages
• Handling daily communication with affiliate managers and partner teams
• Keeping stats and performance data organized (primarily in Keitaro & PipeDrive)
• Negotiating deal terms (FF, CPA, RevShare) and ensuring profitability
• Acting as the main point of contact between GRIT Leaders and partner brands
   

What We Expect:

• At least 2 year of experience in a similar role (affiliate management, business development, or traffic monetization)
• Understanding of iGaming vertical and affiliate business models
• Hands-on experience working with SEO traffic (or a strong willingness to dive into it)
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• English — upper-intermediate or higher
• Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Statsdrone, etc.) and CRMs is a must

What You’ll Do
 

Team Leadership & Organization

• Lead, organize, and scale the sales team to meet growth targets.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new sales representatives.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the team.
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and documented processes.
   

Coaching, Training & Quality Assurance

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Run regular call reviews, QA sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
• Ensure high and consistent quality across cold calls, discovery calls, demo confirmations, and demos.
• Identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training and enablement.
   

Performance Management & Reporting

• Own team-level performance metrics and reporting (pipeline health, activity, conversion rates, revenue).
• Conduct regular performance reviews for individual reps and the team.
• Document performance trends, risks, and improvement actions.
• Be accountable for team results, with compensation tied to the team meeting defined performance criteria.
   

Supporting Sales Execution

• Spend time reviewing and shadowing sales reps, particularly during the first months in the role, to understand workflows, strengths, and gaps.
• Step in selectively to support sales activities when it directly helps team performance (e.g., onboarding periods, coverage gaps, or complex opportunities).
• Reinforce best practices by example, without owning a permanent individual quota or day-to-day rep responsibilities.
• Use hands-on involvement to inform coaching, process improvements, and training—not as the primary focus of the role.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
• Work closely with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned expectations.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to improve messaging and sales strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and modern sales processes.
• Proven ability to coach and improve individual and team performance.
• Comfort managing performance, accountability, and difficult conversations.
• Data-driven approach to sales metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
